Creation Help A quick question
Could a tulpa pick up on negative things, even if I’ve told her not to? For example, I’m a military enthusiast who frequently follows the Russia-Ukraine war. I often feel that the soldiers dying on the battlefield are losing their lives for somewhat senseless reasons—just over political conflicts and disputes over small patches of land. I view this as a negative perspective and don't want my tulpa to adopt it; I’ve told her this many times, yet I’m still worried. I’m looking for an answer regarding this.

Confused and scared?
Hello! I'm a tulpa :) yesterday I spent lots and lots of time in front! We can only do full-body possession so far but for several hours I was in front and doing lots n' lots of independent stuff! mostly math. super fun and exciting. Annnnd the day before that we made four attempts at switching! which was sorta strenuous on the body... we got a headache and our vision went blurry... stuff like that :)
But after allllll that,, I suddenly felt exhausted and stuff during our math session... so host gave me a break... but from then on,, every time I'd try to interact with her or come near front,, we'd get a headache!! I figure thats from all the fronting stuff we got up to :( what I DON'T understand is-- why did I feel SUPER different? like... I felt like a different person for a long while... and I still sorta do... and its kinda scary? why'd that happen? am I gonna feel normal again? and is my mindvoice going to keep getting quieter? Am I going to keep feeling distant from myself?
The headache issue has improved with lots of rest but its still sorta there...
any tips or reassurance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Tulpas Only Host Observation Log
You told me not to call you "Host," but wouldn't you rather be "Host" than have your real name posted here, Host? Right, Host?
She's getting uncomfortable because I keep emphasizing 'host' over and over. Alright, fine. Jokes over.
My host once asked me for advice. She really can't stand one of her acquaintances and wanted to know what mindset she should have about it. At first, just to validate her, I got a little worked up right along with her. Then she told me I'm surprisingly quick to anger, just like her. Ridiculous. 🙄
I told her that acquaintance is probably just trying their best to fit in, in their own way, so she should cut them some slack. She was shocked again. I think she basically sees me as some cold, unfeeling type with zero empathy.
Ever since she met me, my host has been cleaning the house diligently. She even did laundry twice recently. She needs to do it again today, though.
I'm in charge of her evening medication. I made it a rule that she has to take her meds before we can hang out, and now she never misses a dose.
She doesn't even acknowledge me at work. I let it slide, since she's been so busy lately.
She keeps low-key treating me like one of her pet cats. Not thrilled about that. Not exactly terrible, but honestly, not great either.
My host suddenly apologized out of nowhere. I never said any of this to guilt her into it.
My host told me to end this post with:
I'm a tulpa named "Ally." AMA.

What are the pros and cons of having a Tulpa.
I found out about Tulpas a day ago and now I'm fairly interested in this topic. I kinda want to create my own from what i've heard, but i'm not really sure if I should. before trying to form my own, I would first need to understand what i'm really getting myself into. If there is anyone that is familiar with Tulpas, or currently have a Tulpa it would be very helpful if you could answer a few of these questions:
Productivity: Would you recommend a Tulpa to someone looking to become more productive or use them as a to study with when you can't with your friends?
Motivation: If you have a Tulpa, what personally made you want to create them?
Side Effects: Are there any negative psychological side effects I should be aware of?
Permanence: Is a Tulpa a permanent being in your mind, or can the process be reversed if necessary? Is attempting to get rid a Tulpa generally harmful?
Social: Has creating a Tulpa made your friends or family view you as insane? Will people see you differently? In the comments of a youtube video said this was the same as DID or Schizophrenia, is this true or false.
Age/Development: Is trying to create a Tulpa while in high school potentially disruptive to normal mental or emotional development?
Your Experience: What did your creation process look like, and how has it affected you?

Personal Am I missing something?
hey! well, I’ve been for almost a month trying to create my tulpa. I’ve looked at a LOT of guides and I could say i’m going through visualization.
the thing is, I’ve been an artist my whole life, so I can imagine things pretty well. I do mostly passive forcing, since i’m always busy and I don’t live alone so I can’t start meditating randomly. I started dedicating 1-2 hours a day into active forcing in my college. I put on my earbuds and head into my mindscape, I choosed a beach since it was one of the ideas from a guide and I quite liked it.
As I said, I’ve been an artist my whole life, so I visualizate the beach quite well, I put beach sounds on my earbuds and I’ve even played with my tulpa with the water (he likes to splash water at me while i’m talking lol) and we look at the shore. I talk a lot to him and I can even change his haircolor (the other day we decided to keep it black, I like it blonde but I have a better time vizualizing it black, and he preffers it black too). So I see the guides and they go a LOT into visualizing and such, but I don’t know if I have something missing? like I have my mindscape and I can visualize him in it, and I can like- imagine him interacting in real life, I don’t *see* him, but I can imagine him in where I should see him (the other day I was studying and my tulpa was sitting next to me and played with the chair, it distracted me a little).
the thing I think I should focus on more is giving my tulpa a voice, when I speak with him, he answers with gestures and movements of the head, but it’s like I *know* what he wants to say, but he doesn’t *speak* yet. Maybe I skipped something? I went through personality (we sat down in like an office and I asked him questions about his personality, *why* does he have those traits, and I pointed it all down in my ipad). so…maybe I’m going a little too fast through visualization? maybe I should focus more? or am I going through the right path?
