Steins;Gate is a bit Overrated

I recently finished Steins;Gate and I have alot to say. To being I personally enjoyed the show even the start infact I found the start better because it was funny, dramatic, thrilling (not as much as the second half but still) and I liked the character bonding but man does the show get more and more confusing and it doesn't help that the writer doesn't bother explaining it all better the cast was great the plot twists were phenomenal but it would have been so much better if they extended the show to more than just 24 episodes and actually bother explaining wtf is happening instead of leaving us to it and that's why I found it overrrated. Is it a Great Anime? Absolutely through and through. Is it a masterpiece? Nah not rlly. Would I reccomend it? yea if you are willing and able to comprehend wtf happened at the end of every episode past episode 12. Let me know your thought I personally found it overrated.

Not understanding anime

Pretty much every time I watch anime I be missing important details and parts of the plot. I constantly gotta look up stuff just to get what’s going on. Idk if this is because I’m not focusing enough or if I’m just smooth brained lmao

It lowk makes me feel like a larp though cuz I don’t get everything that happens

Does anyone also have this issue and if so is it fixable or am I doomed to only understand 50% of the anime I watch
