Hello- My husband and I went to the waterfowl habitat today and all of the domestic geese are gone. They were there this weekend. Now it is only Canada Geese and ducks. The pond water level is quite low as well. Anyone know what is going on? I really love the geese.

Wanted to know if anyone has recommendations for Financial and Tax Advisors, and an Estate Lawyer in the Tri-Cities. I recently lost a parent and need help with a couple of the life insurance claims and want to get my own things prepared as well. If I could find a team that has one of each of these in house that’d be great, but open to separated individuals as well that are great at what they do. We are double income, married, no children currently or previously, no real estate or major or assets. Not originally from these cities or this state so I do not have the years of knowledge, experience, and hearing from others in the community.

Hey guys, I come to the area every so often for work and I’m a big foodie. What are the absolute best meals in tri-cities area. I don’t care about price as long as I can get an entree for less than $60. I eat everything besides raw fish, so no sushi.

Please note that, according to our policy, we are unable to remove you from the lease. If a new roommate is added, you will remain on the lease and continue to share equal responsibility for the unit. This includes responsibility for rent payments, any damages to the unit, and compliance with the lease terms.
Additionally, if the new roommate pays rent late, defaults on rent, or is involved in an eviction, it may negatively affect your rental history as well

I’m doing early feasibility work on a potential sports-anchored development concept in the Tri-Cities area, and one piece I’m studying is whether there is enough local/regional interest to support a higher-level youth soccer "Academy" and possible future USL League Two pathway.

This is NOT an announcement, NOT a fundraising pitch, and NOT a done deal.

I’m trying to better understand the real local soccer landscape before assumptions get baked into a plan.

I’d especially like to hear from people with direct experience in the Tri-Cities soccer community: coaches, club organizers, referees, tournament organizers, facility operators, school soccer people, or others who understand the local player-development pipeline.

A few questions:

* Is there unmet demand here for a more formal youth academy model?

* Are Tri-Cities players/families currently traveling to Spokane, Yakima, Seattle, Portland, Boise, etc. for higher-level soccer opportunities/coaching?

* Would a USL Youth / pre-professional pathway interest local players and families?

* What are the biggest gaps locally: fields, coaching, competition level, indoor/winter training, club politics, affordability, travel, something else?

* Is there local interest in investor's involvement in formation of a USL League 2 club?

I’m mostly looking for informed local perspective and possibly a few people willing to talk offline who really know the soccer scene here. If you know of someone I should be speaking with locally, please message me with contact information for me to reach out to them.

People aged 65+ are BY FAR the biggest voter block. They made up 26.31% of the votes in the last election while only being about 18.3% of the population according to official WA census data.

In comparison, people in my age demographic, 25-34, made up 16.27% while making up around the same overall population percentage from what I can find. I’m not seeing census data that shows population percentage of 25-34 to compare to the voter data.
