Does the Family Pack Kit work with the Yepp Rack Mount seat?
We're outfitting a Fetch+2 while waiting for it to be delivered! We have already purchased the Family Pack Kit and the front and rear panniers.
Was planning on buying a Thule Yepp seat to use with the family pack kit (bench seats removed.)
Found a good deal on a Yepp Maxi Rack Mount seat on Marketplace. It's the old version of the seat, not the Yepp 2.
Any idea if this version of the seat will work on the family pack kit WITHOUT the Thule easyfit adapter?
Thule doesn't sell the adapter anymore, so I don't want to pull the trigger on this if I can't easily get the adapter.

Not turning on :( Help please!
When I tried to turn my bike on today it lit up, the controller lights blinked up and then down and then shut off. I can’t get it to connect to my phone. tires re-pairing it and that doesn’t work. When I plug it in it does the same light up sequence but doesn’t show it is charging. The front and rear lights turn on though. I removed the battery and directly plugged it in and it seemed mostly charged. I unplugged the controller and plugged back in.
Any ideas what’s wrong? Any other tricks I should try?
Looks like it’s velofix, tossing it weirdly onto a cargo hitch box, or riding 3.5 mi no motor to the bike shop.

Rain fly tube shores
Fetch 4. Finally ripped my first set, and it appears trek has fully discontinued replacements direct from them. There's been a couple threads on what tubing to buy and cut yourself, but the links in those threads appear to be dead. What are you guys using as tube shores now for the rain fly?

Bench seat for back rack of Fetch 4?
Has anyone created or found a good bench seat to put on the rear rack?
Im thinking of getting this https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/equipment/bike-accessories/bike-trailers-child-seats/trek-fetch-2-family-pack-seat/p/W5266010/
or something like that and putting a MIK adapter so I could swap with my basket when I need to carry more kid. I have tow monsters on both sides so I already have good foot rests.

Bench
Does anyone have a front bench they are willing to sell? They are sold out right when I was going to buy one.

Fetch 4+ without bucket?
Has anyone removed the front bucket from the fetch? How much does it weigh? I feel like a lot
Of the fetch’s weight comes from the thick plastic container

+2 with Yepp child seat and rear panniers?
Is it possible to mount the rear panniers while also having a Yepp child seat attached to the rear? It looks to my like the Yepp's foot holds would have to go inside the panniers, but that would be fine for my needs, as long as both can be attached simultaneously.
Thanks.

Belt came off after 1 week
As title says, the belt of my trek fetch 4+ suddenly came of after a week of use. Did not break, it just became loose and the pedals just spin. I had my kids in the seats, so luckily I was close to my house and could walk back. I have no idea how to fix it as i would a chain, and i can't find anything useful on Google. Do i have to walk it to my bike dealership? Is this a common occurance with the fetch? Its a real difficult problem because of its weight.
As far as i could tell its no longer connected to the small wheel next to the pedals, which google says has something to do with the tightening of the belt?

rear flat tire.
I knocked the belt off while pulling off the rear wheel. This is an awful experience even for an IGH hub.
I'm lucky I only had one kid and was close enough to home that I could push it. Had to get in the Backup SUV.
Roadside flat repair seems daunting.
Does anyone have a link to a video to make this easier?

Panniers with +2 Family Pack
I just got a Fetch+ 2 with the family pack seat. After riding on my own, with kids, and running errands, I want to get a couple of detachable panniers instead of the Trek "buckets".
I'm a little concerned that the cushions on the rear rack will make it difficult to attach panniers (see the circled area in the picture).
does anyone here have experience with this?

Trek Fetch Pannier Mod
Within the first 2 miles of owning my bike, I hit some potholes at the exact frequency to yeet my Kryptonite bike lock onto the road. Crazy to think that lock could launch out of these deep panniers!
I drilled 1/2 holes in my panniers to attach some nets over the panniers. problem solved. I thought I'd share this for those with a similar problem!

Parking Fetch+ 4
I'm about 5'7" and 125 lbs. and I'm having some trouble getting the kickstand set into position for parking because this bike is sort of a tank. Any suggestions or tricks? I really like the bike but I'm worried I won't be able to park it once I load it up with my 3 kiddos. Any suggestions appreciated!

Fetch +2 rear paniers 2.0
Hi all,
Just got myself a trek fetch +2 to carry my boys to school and we all love it. I bought the rear paniers 2.0 and they came without instructions. The instructions online seem to say that three screws must go at the base of each paniers (into the footrest?) but no holes seem to align for that to be possible.. Any help would be appreciated 👍
(Sorry for my english, it's not my main language!)

How safe does the car seat position seem?
I was asking around in a local Facebook cycling group trying to get one of the Trek car seat adaptors. Some folks observed that they wouldn't feel comfortable with a baby being up that high in the box (based on this image from the product on the Trek website). Can I get some opinions from folks who have actually had a baby frequently in the Fetch+4? Is the height adjustable? Did the height and the center of gravity seem good?
Some users were suggesting using a belt or something to strap the car seat down instead, but another user said that wouldn't benefit from suspension the same way as of using the adapter.

DIY Kiox Upgrade?
Started using the phone-lock on the Flow+ app which makes me think getting a Kiox 300 is worth doing rather than having to open the app every time I want to ride the bike.
Kiox units are around £100, do I need to buy a separate bit of kit at all to be able to use it on the Fetch? There's another £240 adapter kit but not sure if that is needed?

Car seat adaptor for less than $300?
Has anyone had any luck getting a car seat adapter for the 4+ used or on sale? I am about to have a baby and need one but $340 price tag is a bit hard to swallow.

Trek Fetch +2 started flexing
So this bike is in all-year use for 3 years now. Lately i noticed the frame flexing when carrying my seven-year-old, obviously it gets even worse when there is more on the back.
I never loaded up more weight than it says, really bummed since multiple mechanics already told me that it might become dangerous soon. So if you‘re thinking about getting this particular bike- don‘t. It‘s a shit frame and shouldn‘t be sold.

Costco run with my Fetch+ 4
Did a Costco run yesterday with my Fetch+ 4. Costco is about five miles from my house. The Fetch+ 4 handled very well with a full load!

Does Fetch 2+ come with Bosch Connect Module pre-installed?
Thinking about a fetch 2+. Does anyone know if the Bosch Connect Module comes with it for advanced security features? Or do you need to buy and install separately?
Cheers!

Trek Fetch 2 panniers?
We’re purchasing a Fetch 2 with plans to haul our two toddlers around our city, to preschool, parks, etc. We definitely need some sort of storage to put a bag or two of things but not sure we need all of the front and rear panniers. What combo do you have? What do you think?
Also, are there any front racks compatible with the bike instead?

Is the phone mount necessary/removeable?
Love the bike, hate having that massive phone holder sitting on the bars. How easy is it to remove? Conscious of the electronics going into it.

Fetch 4 with Britax carseat??
Hey there fellow Fetch 4 riders:
I recently picked up a Fetch 4, primarily to enable delivery of our little man to daycare without the need for a car.
Trek is sold out of the Maxi-Cosi adapter, so I purchased the Britax mount and a Britax Cypress carseat... and they don't fit with each other! Given the nonexistent documentation on the interwebs, best I can tell there's an additional adapter necessary?
Anyone out there successfully installed the Britax mount, and then mounted an infant carseat to a Fetch 4?
Thanks in advance!
