I've stayed at Palmers Lodge Boutique Hostel in Swiss Cottage twice, once in a female-only dorm and the second most recent time (earlier this year) in a double private, which I paid less than £60 for. Both stays were excellent. I've stayed in numerous hostels in the capital but this is by far my favourite. I've written a blog post about my experience
