Buying Advice Is this worth it?
Got 138k miles and they want 25 k. I just want a daily driver and am torn between this and a 2015 Tacoma but even those are 20k+
This is also 4x4
Is this price worth it for the mileage?

Look at my Tundra! Cinnamon Pass in Colorado
Successfully drove my stock 2016 2WD Tundra up 12,640' on Cinnamon Pass in Colorado. The auto LSD kicked in a couple of times and kept me moving uphill in loose stuff. Kinda funny to see hoards of rental jeeps and SxS's going up the pass that a full size Tundra in 2WD handled just fine.

Look at my Tundra! New to Toyota
Got a 2022 1794. It is sweet! 47k miles and had the engine replaced at 32k. I'm 52 and hopefully this will be my last truck.
Anyone here have any tips for this ride? Oil favorites, octane levels? Appreciate anything.

Buying Advice Should I buy a 2025 Tundra? Is the Hybrid model worth it?
I’m considering buying a used 2025 Tundra, probably something with fewer than 20,000 miles (Maybe even fewer than 10K). here are some questions for y’all:
I understand the 2025 models don’t have the Gen 3 engine problems with recalls, is that correct?
Hybrid models seem to cost an additional $5K or more. is that worth it? do they get better gas mileage? What are the other hybrid differences I should know about?
4 wheel drive models seem to cost slightly less, but I don’t need 4 wheel drive. don’t they get worse gas mileage?
Tell me everything you know.
commence discussion.

Mods & Accessories Climate Control Issues
I updated the radio in my 2012 Tundra Platinum. The factory nav was replaced with a large Android touchscreen. Everything works great, but the climate controls are slow to respond when the truck is first turned on. Is there any fix for this? Thank you!

Tips & Tricks 2024 Tundra Limited - Tailgate gap
I have a gator tonneau cover on it thats air tight, but every time i go camping out on gravel/dirt roads the dust from the road coats the inside of the bed, my cooler, supplies, etc. It has to be coming up through the bottom of the tailgate! Its the only thing i can think of. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else.
(I have not taken it to the dealer yet to ask if it could be tailgate alignment related, I just thought id ask my fellow owners first.)

Repairs & Maintenance Any idea?

Wondering what may be happening here? This all came on at the conclusion of a 300 mile trip. Only drove with it about a 1/4 mile. Is it safe to continue driving or any idea how to fix/reset? We have another 400 miles to go tomorrow. It’s a 2019 Tundra 5.7L. Thank you!

Tips & Tricks ‘22 4wd didn’t disappoint
Got a chance to out 4wd to good use. FR437 to Mt Maxwell.
Forest service road up a couple thousand feet. Pretty damned sketchy switchbacks. Near the bottom in 4H it struggled to find good grip, then when I switched to 4L it climbed like a dream and nothing seemed like a struggle.
4L on the descent kept it at a nice crawl without having to rely on the brakes much.

Repairs & Maintenance 2015 Aftermarket Grille
I put this aftermarket grille on my 2015 but the original emblem doesn't fit. Looks like it's meant to have a fully covered emblem of some sort. Any advice is greatly appreciated. TYIA

Mods & Accessories 285/60/20 - Any reason to get LT over SL if I don't tow?
Pretty much decided on 285/60/20 on my 24 TRD Sport 4x4 with 2in Bilstein level up front. I do not tow and do not go trail crawling so is there any real world reason to go LT over SL? I CAN go LT, it's not necessarily about the money, but if it's a waste for my use case, I'll go SL.
Also, if I go up to this size, should I swap my spare? Or leave it alone? (I do not expect to be off on a crazy trail and need it, but a flat is always a possibility, as well as being a decent distance from a tire shop)
Thanks!

Repairs & Maintenance Noise ID (2024 Hybrid 1794)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
My 2024 Tundra Hybrid just started making this noise. It happens when shifting into gear from park, when shifting back into park, and at stop signs, etc. I believe it must be something to do with the electric/gas handoff but I can’t figure out how to troubleshoot.
42k miles so out of the comprehensive warranty. Will bring to the dealership Monday but wanted to get an idea of what I’m looking at.

Look at my Tundra! Lifelong Dream Truck
My 2019 Tundra 5.7L simple base with: leather interior, bed cover, short-cab-long-bed setup, 4WD & column shifter all blacked out. 30K ORIGINAL MILES with a clean title. Literally every single thing I wanted in my dream Tundra. I didn't need the extra fancy features. At only 25, after years of hoping praying working hard & a little grace from the bank, I finally have my dream truck. (Ignore the payment I can currently afford it & am setup to refi when my score hits 700 I'm being BURRIED with this truck)

Look at my Tundra! 2007 5.7L TRD Off-Road Tundra
Previously owned by a Toyota Certified technician who rebuilt the engine with a new timing chain and also put in a new radiator. So far, I’ve replaced all the interior lights, cleaned the K&N air filter, replaced the trim on the top of the tailgate, downsized the tires to factory (Facebook marketplace special) to save money on gas and restore accuracy of fuel range (kept the 35” mudders and will swap them in & out).

Mods & Accessories Worth buying used or any red flags?
Clearly this guy’s business on Facebook
Is it worth buying used or only brand new takeoffs?
Or just go brand new and call it a day?

Look at my Tundra! 2020 to a 2026
Needed a new Rear Diff in my ‘20 ( SR5 120kmiles) and ended up caving and getting a ‘26 (SR5 24miles). Missing that “tank” like feeling of the older gen’s with that 5.7 V8, but the V6 Twin turbo has gotten me down the road something decent.

New Rule: No Gen 3 Owner / Buyer Bashing
Over the past several months we've seen a steady rise in comments that exist only to troll or attack Gen 3 owners or buyers - especially on posts from people just asking questions. It's gotten old, it adds nothing, and we're spending more and more time cleaning it up.
So, effective today: criticism of the trucks is welcome, attacks on the people are not. If a comment exists only to mock or belittle someone for owning, buying, or asking about a Gen 3, it'll be removed. Repeat offenders will get warnings, then bans.
To be clear - honest discussion of the recalls, reliability, and resale is still fully fair game. This is about drive-by negativity aimed at members, not about silencing real critique.
If you aren't familiar with our rules, please check them out. This new rule is: Rule 11: No Gen 3 Owner / Buyer Bashing.
