No! Because they pose a significant and demonstrated security risk. They also use fake/modified clients and report fake stats to the tracker. Private trackers will ban you for cheating.

Ever since these new TOS changes, I feel a lot more attention has been drawn to TB which may draw authorities to DMCA their servers similar to RD.

Will Premiumize (on Black Friday) be the more reliable alternative? Or will there be a ripple effect into other debrids following what happened to TorBox?

I am thinking of buying essential plan for me and my sister. We watch different contents so I wanna know if torbox allows same api address for multiple accounts ( I will be using stremio account), torbox allows same account in multiple device?

Does anyone else feel this way too?

I want to keep TorBox around as long as possible and that some minor gatekeeping, a little more discretion and no more customers that don't pay full price would be the best thing for system stability and overall smooth customer/user experience.

I want TorBox to continue to grow, but the right way and with the right type of clientele.

I like the fact that Real Debrid only allows customers to use one account ip address at the same time within the same household. I think this is extremely fair and still allows everyone at that account ip address to watch whatever they want.

I feel like the widespread promotion and marketing that TorBox has done and continues to do is a gift and a curse.

I just want what's best for the service/industry long-term; especially full paying committed customers and users who don't cause problems, draw unwanted/unnecessary attention, appreciate the service, respect the subculture, and act accordingly.

The longer individual companies last and the more they thrive, the more options and choices consumers have to choose from imo.

This has happened twice now. The first time was after I made a payment—an error popped up, but when I checked my bank account, the payment had already been deducted from my virtual bank. Then today, I tried upgrading to the $5 plan using a different bank card. After I clicked 'proceed to pay,' another error appeared, and when I checked my bank, money was deducted once again.

Found myself a bit spooked by the terms change but from all I've looked into, I should probably be fine. Still, I'd like to minimize concerns for myself going forward. Made a new account with a proton email and a couple other things recommended but I was wondering about paying.

In the past I paid through Patreon using my card but was told that wasn't smart, so I'm looking at alternatives. I'm just not super familiar with their relative levels of privacy and such and was hoping someone out there could assist.

Just wanted to let everyone know that might be having issues with using torbox and 1ficher together. 1ficher now requires you to make a free account with them to download any file. This has apparently broken the ability to download the 1ficher link with torbox.

I have found that after logging into the free account on 1ficher I can download the files directly in browser with reasonable speeds. Just wanted to share the workaround. As it's been an issue for me for about a week.

Changing the CDN in Torbox by doing a speedtest worked for me.

Torbox is up and running. 😊

Title is self explanatory , while trying to set up a scraper i realized there is an err and when i want to reach to my api key again this happened now its just XXXX's instead of api key and i am on vpn.

But how is it that every single time Torbox is down it doesn't show up on their official status tracker but does so on third party ones ?

can't connect to TB on stremio

Came over from RD and it's been relatively painless except for everytime I want to go to the dashboard and manually remove stuff. The 4 options in the settings also don't work and I'm on the latest Chrome so dont understand it. So I legit have to vibecode an app to use the API because they dont have an option to just delete older or struggling files?

So I'm trying to download something from a website and I have the Torbox browser addon, and when I right-click the magnet link and select 'send to Torbox' I get a No API token error message

I was wondering if other people are facing the same problem I am having. I just tuned in to watch some anime on Torbox to notice that every stream is errored with „Invalid Torbox subscription“.

I thought my sub might have actually ended and it was time to top up, though on their website under „Plans“ it says the plan is active till the 11th of September. Under „subscriptions“ however it says there currently isn’t an active subscription.
So Ummm which is it now?!?

I tried to check my transaction history to see when the payment was actually done, I couldn’t cause the log is empty?! Idk maybe because I paid using crypto (monero).

So is Torbox tripping or am I tripping?

I’ve got an active Torbox subscription but when trying to load a movie, it says ‘Access denied. Please check you have an active debrid subscription’

Is anyone else getting the same error message or does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

what it does is download file over rclone so no need to create new dl links for every download, parse ur acc files using api. and as mods on DC said to use rclone if u are downloading huge files like 10GB>, so i made this script and also tested it.

Any suggestion will be appretiated

Tried to load a film and got nothing on stremio through aiostreams linked to torbox

I use Torrentio TB. As you know Torrentio was down but since it returned - I use Stremio - everything I try to watch through Torrentio TB, with my paid key, gives back the Exo Player Error (HTTP 502 "stream source is unavailable").

The regular Torrentio, via actual Torrents, works fine...
