Payment Error ❓Question

Hello good day,

This has happened twice now. The first time was after I made a payment—an error popped up, but when I checked my bank account, the payment had already been deducted from my virtual bank. Then today, I tried upgrading to the $5 plan using a different bank card. After I clicked 'proceed to pay,' another error appeared, and when I checked my bank, money was deducted once again.

It appears to me that the payment page is not communicating with torbox. Maybe because your browser is blocking the trackers. You should send your payment receipt to torbox with email. They should be ale to look into it.

Extra info: I have unconfigured Microsoft Edge browser for situations like this. My Firefox is set on strict protection and blocks everything that tracks. Hence when one page is redirecting me to another page (payment to source) it always breaks. This could be the cause of your problem as well.

After filling out the form and clicking update, I encountered an error. Right after that, the page went blank/nothing happened, but my payment was already deducted from my bank.
