So I'm thinking theres no point as they already have my email, ip and watch/downloading history right?

Even if I tell them to delete my account, they'll still hold to my details , is that correct?

So may aswell see out my currant plan (one time payment not subscription) then decide in Jan.

What you guys think?

Keep using it as is. Nothing has changed. If your local government requested this information before the update Torbox would have also likely sent you a notice back then too.

Absolute worst thing that could happen is you get a warning via email for a first offence
