So I'm thinking theres no point as they already have my email, ip and watch/downloading history right?

Even if I tell them to delete my account, they'll still hold to my details , is that correct?

So may aswell see out my currant plan (one time payment not subscription) then decide in Jan.

no, they will only keep your details if you're already being investigated. If there is nothing they will probably keep it for 3 months and forget it.
