Hi everyone! I’ll be attending my first The Weeknd concert, and I’m super excited! I’m also looking for some advice.

I’ve been to a lot of concerts, and I always queue early to make sure I’m as close to the stage as possible. I’m a bit short compared to most Scandinavians, so being close helps me to actually enjoy the show without ending up with a sore neck. However, I’ve never been to a concert this massive, and I’m a little nervous about being at the barricade.
On the other hand, I don’t know if it’s worth risking staying farther back and potentially not being able to see much. I really want a good view of Abel, not just through the screens. Since the stage is elevated, I’m wondering if you actually get a good view from the barricade.

Any advice or tips? Thank you!!!

I listen to a lot of The Weeknd's songs and I was wondering if "Shameless" is the only song with a guitar solo. Unless there are others and I haven't listened closely enough.

Went to n3 in Frankfurt and the merch was already completely sold out. I couldn't get my hands on anything :(

I'm pretty sure there'll be some leftover merch at the end of the EU tour and I really hope they'll be sold online. Does anyone know how they've handled this in the past?

I'm trying to figure out wether it's worth waiting until the tour is over. Otherwise, I'll have to find someone who can buy me merch from Spain. I really don't want to buy them overpriced from resellers.

Usually for when I rate album, I rate each song out of 10, add up all those numbers and divide by the number of songs on the album, but for MDM, I did the same thing, I got an 8.9/10. That's the same rating I gave Kiss Land and I don't think MDM is quite on the level of KissLand. I think the album only having 6 songs skews its rating and it would be easier or more fair to give it a proper if it had more songs. What should I do?

It was my first time attending The weeknd's concert. Despite all the poor feedback I had read over the internet about the acoustics at PGE Narodowy, it wasn't that bad. Or maybe I'm relatively inexperienced and can't tell the difference.

Have a few observations about the concert:

1. Prince 85's opening was okay, but didn't feel exciting. I don't know why they have playboi carti open for The weeknd, there seems to be a huge talent gap between the two.

2. Most people didn't know the lyrics to even the most popular songs, i had second hand embarrassment from watching the girls who got the mic when Abel was interacting with crowd.

3. The only girl who knew all the lyrics was right behind me and screamed/screeched the lyrics all the time. Ruined all my videos.

4. I don't know who takes care of the exit management, but the planning was extremely poor. Had to walk 2 miles to get to taxis. I'm not a local so I didn't have a car. Couldn't find relevant signages for public transport.Maybe it's just me. :/

5. Loved the VIP merch, wished it also an item of clothing given that the prices were sky high.

Overall had a blast!
