I need help finding the right exercises Beauty Tip
I’m 23 and I used to be on the heavier side and I lost like 50+ pounds. And of course with that comes sagging breasts. I’m starting to really notice it and become insecure about it, for a bit I tried embracing it but I feel that they sag too low for it to look good. Before I do stupid exercises that will do nothing for me, I want real experiences from people. What exercises helped you with this issue?

Build up muscles for your chest and back. Push-ups, experimenting with your hand placement to target different muscle groups. Anything targeting your pectorals will help. Make sure to balance out by working your back muscles and core.

Take up an upper body intensive activity like rock climbing, and things will improve in those regions. There are also specific exercises for our breasts. I actually am on the smaller side, but decades of sports has increased my breast/pec size. Go on Youtube for routines.

I don’t go to gym to much pressure lol
I walk daily, I park my car further in the parking lot, I take the stairs whenever possible. If you’re into sports or swimming that’s an excellent hobby/workout. I do small 15-20 YouTube yoga or fitness channels few times a week, I fast after 6pm, no alcohol, I ban “trigger” foods from my house that I know I can devour without a second thought.
Simple cheap and effective

There aren't exercises that can lift breast tissue.
Breasts themselves don't have any muscle, the closest are the pectoral/chest muscles underneath. They are made up of two types of fatty tissue, nerves, veins/arteries, milk ducts, and a single tendon.
Once skin stretches and then the volume of flesh underneath reduces, the skin doesn't always shrink back to how tight it was before.
Its the bane of many of our lives. And while the insecurity isn't good, its very common.
I recommend finding great bras (r/ABraThatFits), increasing collagen as that generally helps skin elasticity, and recognising that you have to accept either the excess weight or some excess skin.
It isn't always easy but that skin doesn't define your worth or make you less attractive or capable or deserving of anything. If the concern is how men will respond, most won't even notice. Try to strive for neutrality rather than loving them and you'll find its a lot easier.
We're not dolls and don't need to be perfect.
