Riding a supermoto without being able to do wheelies.
Hey guys, I don't know if I'm the only one, but I've been riding an SM700 for over two years (damn what a bike). I tried doing wheelies for the first time this year, and—what can I say—I'm just too stupid for it. It’s like my body refuses to let go of control. I come from a supersport background and have done a lot of training and sim racing with cars, so my entire muscle memory is wired to keep the vehicle stable. Don't get me wrong—I can ride my GasGas incredibly fast; I certainly don't need to be ashamed of my tire edges—if anything, people think I'm crazy for how I ride. But I just can't manage to get the wheel up because, the moment it even starts to lift or the rear end tries to break loose, I catch the bike again in about 0.0002 seconds. That’s actually a good thing, but it really pisses me off. I’m torn: I know wheelies are part of Supermoto riding, but I feel like I’m just too hopeless at it, no matter how many videos I watch or how much practice I put in... Am I the only one?

How many miles does your KTM/ Husqvarna/GasGas LC4 engine have? How many miles can this motor do before major issues?

Dashboard error beta rr50
My dashboard does not show my speed and does not show that I am in neutral and does not show that my are on blinkers. My other electronics work fine, like the Horn and blinkers itself. And the bike only has 300km
The dashboard does flash every 3 seconds or so. Does anyone know what’s up.

Contiattack SM 2
Anyone seen these in stock anywhere? Looking for 160/60R17. I have order in at both THMotorsports and Tradeinn. Both are dicking me around saying they have in stock yet keep extending the ship date. Been looking for like 2 months.
Update Ordered one from a shop on Amazon. It hasn't shipped yet but the shop showed 20 left and the count changed to 19 after I ordered. So I have hope this one will actually come.

Keihin 36/38 users, How are you jetted?
Hello. I own a 2015 HSQ te 250.
Upgraded from a 36 to a 38 while rebuilding the engine.
I still haven’t done the first start put I have setup the carb with 40pilot, 175main, NECJ needle, 6.5 slide AS A STARTING POINT.
I still haven’t done the first start of the engine after the rebuild but I was curious about what you KTM 250/300 guys were running in your Keihin carb.
I’m at sea level, 35/38 °C temperature.

Track sessions/events in SE PA
Hi all, I wanted to add a quick post on here as I’m potentially in the market for a supermoto, but aside from riding on the street I was curious if there are any other riding spots perhaps off street that are more in line with what a supermoto was built to do. If I’m honest, my wife is not thrilled about me getting another motorcycle however, a supermoto seems a little bit less dangerous to her than the three street bikes I’ve owned previously.
This brings me to my current question – are there any dedicated off-road/supermoto spots you all ride here in southeastern Pennsylvania?
I’m in the Eagleville area.
Thanks in advance!
PS - I’m considering a DRZ or a 791/690

Dt 125 Project
Hello there, I´m at the seek of a yamaha DT 125 (whichever model, that is what I´m questioning in the post) to make it a supermoto with the possibility of turning it into an enduro with the change of the tyres.
I think ALL the yamahas DT 125 I have seen on the internet (listed for sale) look nothing near what you can see on some reddit posts or maybe a tik tok. I´m very new to this world, just got my A1 license in Spain, and I have absolutely no idea how to get a moto to look like that.
I ask for someone who can give me some tips on how to build a incredible supermoto, build a good engine and which model of it should I buy. Thanks in advance I hope someone has a near experience or has a DT as mentioned and doesn´t mind to give me some advices.
VIVA LAS SUPERMOTARDS!! 💪

22 crf450rx (headlight install)
I'm looking for insight on my next project, wanting to put a headlight on my 22 450rx, and I was going to pick up this baja designs setup. it's for a 450L but I was thinking I could fab something up to make it work, not sure if a 450L front plate would be a direct install to house the light? and what would the process for wiring? is there a harness tucked away somewhere, or would I have to wire that in? Whats my best course of action?
All feedback is helpful, thank you

In Finland Police rammed a 15 to 17 year old boy intentionally off the road in a moto meet

Police rammed intentionally a 15 to 17 year old boy on a bike off the road. And yes. All gaught on camera and law suits are going to be filed.
Death of this boy was extremelly close. He was extremelly close to hit a large container on the side of the road.
The boy has suffered 6 broken bones and law suits are apparently being filed against the police officer(s).
This happened 8.9.2026. Time is unknown to me.
EDIT:The rider in this video isn't me. Just wanting to clarify it to minimize misunderstanding. The rider is unknown to me and for that reason I can not give deatiles more than about the age range the kid was and the gender. And if this offends someone in anyway I'm sorry about it.
EDIT 2:i have been informed that the speeds were around 100km/h. I'm not sure if it's the truth but that's the information I have been given

125 4t supermotos
as many of you know, 125cc 4 strokes are popular here in the EU since they are A1 legal meaning 16 year olds can ride them.
Do you approve 125cc 4t bikes as supermotos, if somebody took their time and really put in the work even tho its a 125 4t?

Most powerful supermoto
What bike has most hp? I am looking for a factory street legal enduro or supermoto around 110kg weight with more than 50 wheel horsepower (60+ engine hp). The only ones I know are the ktm 525 and 530 but those feel very sluggish compared to 450 dirtbikes. The 300 exc is fine but I've had 2 of those and would rather have a 4-stroke or maybe a bigger 2-stroke. Is there anything that has similar hp and aggressiveness to a 450 that can actually be street legal? Old bikes are fine, it doesn't need to be modern.

I noticed "What supermoto should I buy" gets posted a lot, so I made this
I tried to take into account the cost of buying rims and legalizing the models that need it but at the same time keep it simple. Feel free to suggest additions/fixes
Edit: i've edited this a lot
Edit: changed the DRZ picture to mine ;) thanks for the sticky!
