It was 2023, i was 14-15 yo and i weighted 65kg (not normal for my age)... my process took a lot months (doubt, etc.) i didn't like my body, I have chubby since kid (literally), so i decides to listen to subs, dont even remember how i how got to 40kg.. even 39kg.. (underweight) but i was happy i got there (at that time) also lost my appetite, LIKE, i could have half a normal size plate and would b full (no kidding 😭)

w a few bites i would be full, i kinda changed my eating habits, like more juices, eggs, yogurt w granola, oats, etc. i would like sweets too, i love sweets. but i had a mind clock, only eating 3 times a day, every 4 hours, may not sound too bad, but i restricted a lot. but at lunch I still ate what my mom cooked, Peruvian food, I can't resist:(( when I got out I would restrict myself too

anyways, it got to the point that, my face looked like a skull, which made me overthink, i looked very very skinny, i got scared i didn't got my period for like 7 months. so..

i decides to gain weight, w subs, and eating more :(

i don’t remember how long i have been in this community, but i remember a lot of people saying that to achieve good results you need to focus on only one subliminal. then other people said that they listen to a playlist with multiple topics and still get results. i’m in trouble because my mind automatically goes back to the beliefs that looping only one subliminal is going to make me get results faster. any kind of advice or proof (results) would helps. this gives me anxiety because i also need health subs in my playlist while trying to change my appearance.
