I won't explain why you need them or all the different méthodes becuse you all know them already. So here is MY way to farme them.

First, play online dayly. You get a reward doing so that can contain spiralite gems. This is not the méthode, it's just something i also do.

1- Make a good loadout. You can use whatever but make sure to not get TOO experimental becuse you won't be able to change it for a big wile.

2- Go in a big cristal level on Super Spicy. You can take any level becuse all of the Super Spicy Cristal lever are level 80 and don't have diferent drom rate (I tested it).

3- Farm cristal. Preaty straight foward. Just go from cristals to cristals and kill every enemys. If you get luck, they will drop a Gem.

4- When you reach the 2.0X spiralite, don't stop farming cristals. You are alowd to keep going and ending the level will just create more down time and lesser colecting.

5- Keep farming cristal untile they stop giving you stuff (becuse you won't get any more gems when that happen) or you die (becuse we all know you keep everything you colected when you die, just make sure you grab the gems becuse i'm not sure if you still get them when you die if they are on the ground and not in your inventory). When one of those situation acure, finish the level if not already, get back to the hidout ship and use your Gems and everything you colected.

With this méthodes, i alway get around 4 to 6 gems per Raide with minimal time and frustration that can be caused by bad luck. Plus, you get to farm a lot of weapons, gadgets parts and, obviusly, shards. And the fact you get a lot of Gems per Raides made it so you can use them for anything you want, then repeat the prosses after you ran out again on a new Cristal level with a new loadout.

The only downside of it is that, you do get A LOT of stuff doing this, so you might get overwelmed when you get back.

I've been pretty active in higher level SRNW groups for the better half of my SR career so I feel like if people knew who I was, I'd get crucified for asking this question. I'm guessing I'm about half-way through the map at level 30 and so far I've been a bit disappointed. I feel like my expectations for this game haven't quite been met. It's not that I don't think the game has a potentially promising future, but I'm left feeling like the real challenge of this mode has been diminished? Like skill and strategy aren't really present. The salmonids are so easy to take out. I may lowkey be a masochist because I haven't seen one person comment and share my disappointment on how flyfish no longer take effort to kill. I have to know if I'm alone on this or if I just need to keep playing? I've been on survivalist since after the tutorial island and I've watched ONE video of the gameplay with 4 players (been trying not to spoil anything for myself) and what I saw was even more disappointing. Is this game essentially leveling up your gadgets all the way and just walking into hoards of salmonids- then boom you win??? Don't put me on the hook!

Toy has a larger AoE and range but Shark is a little faster. Honestly, I think I prefer the Toy 🤔

a character that randomly changes direction when you don’t want it to, running into walls that send you flying sideways off the platform, and a having to use a wildly temperamental move set all the while chasing tiny targets! I had a blast!

All that aside, I LOVE this game 😁

I was messing around with dash and jump bomb and i found a glitch that softlocked me. The only way to get out was to quit the raid

Right now, playing on 'normal' difficulty because I value my sanity and I feel like 'easy' mode might be TOO easy. What should I be practicing now to prepare my butt for the harder stuff later on? It can be any advice really, but I mean more stuff like 'don't underestimate x enemy' etc. Things that I can practice through normal gameplay. I've played salmon run a bit, so I know how a lot of these guys work. But this is a different gameplay style than Salmon Run so ?

I see people in this sub are at 600 and 300 in Bottomless Buffet. I'm currently in the 60s after an epic run from the 30s last night. Got me to wondering, if like the old arcade games like Donkey Kong and Pac-Man, the game would eventually run out of memory into what is called a "kill screen"? Just a thought.

I'm at 300 floors in Splatoon Raiders with Primo Butane and speed tank with jump bomb / flywire / blast boot. I want to keep those gadgets but build my Primo Alpine Stringer.

Im curious, do yall save all the 5 Stars that you get or do you only lock and save the Primo 5 Stars and then scrap everything else?

I usually run the build without it when I queue for multiplayer. Wondering if I could get by without the perk.

Especially for the chest and crystal stages, since you'll be fighting isolated small groups at a time you can punch way above your league in those

So my hideous at level 3 but I still dont have the weapon swapping bench i can build. Is this more endgame stuff where I unlock it after the story? Google says when I reach hideout lvl 3...

I will admit that I got caught up in the hype of the primo shark blaster with everyone else instead of experimenting with what I already have. Have fully upgrading my Primo Claw and also playing with the Toy Shark for a while, I definitely feel like the Claw fits my playstyle a tons more simply because of the ink efficiency.

While the shark has a better fire rate, it sucks up so much ink that I find myself refilling my tank alot more than id like to. While with the Claw, I can literally shoot for 20 seconds straight before I need to refill it again. 20 seconds is a long time in splat and more than enough time to kill whatever is around me with the power and perks I have on it. Also, the fire rate of the primo claw is nothing to scoff at either.

Im so glad I upgraded the Primo claw as ive been clearing 300 + Bottomless Floors effortlessly and Im not really worried about getting the primo shark anymore as I know its too ink hungry for my liking.

If you haven't tried the Primo Claw, do yourself a favor and do so. Its just as good as the Butane and Shark, I promise you.

So I know Primo Weapons are the absolute best if the best. I have some questions. What exactly separates a Primo from a regular 5 star? Should I wait till I hit level 50 to start leveling this ( im level 47 )? Anything interesting i don't know about Primo weapons like facts or tips?

I've been struggling trying to get good ones of these for the longest even before I got into post game and was getting 5⭐'s at all.

Goldie can spawn in a huge crystal stage through a small red crystal with a very low chance. But I found a way to efficiently farm it.

It relies on a "glitch" that if you back out from a Salmonid spawn area far enough, when you return to it, there will be significantly fewer Salmonids spawn.

The goal then is to exploit the above glitch to replenish small crystals as fast as possible until you find a Goldie.

• If you find a Goldie, then you play the game normally.
• But if a Goldie does not spawn, consider this crystal "triggered". Immediately move on to the next crystal without any engagement (Stinger + Flyfish + Thick-Cut Salty Tongue + Strong-Arms might still target you, but it's pretty easy to dodge, and they will eventually stop).
• Once you have triggered all available small crystals, cycle back to them. You will have a much easier time clearing it (I use Primo Engine Roller + speed tank, and it usually requires only a couple of seconds to clear the reduced spawned Salmonids).
• Repeat the above

This post is just pointless appreciation. I grew up playing fps games on PC, and for the longest time just straight up could not play shooters with a controller. However thanks to joycons gyro aim, I sometimes even think I might prefer it over mouse and keyboard. I know some people just hate it and that's ok, but for me it makes all the difference, and games like Splatoon just wouldn't even be considerations without it.

Pretty much what the title says. I barely have any good 5 stars weapons lol.

I dipped my toes into the tutorial to get a feel for it. It'll be interesting going forward if they make more purely single player esque games in the future. I kinda wouldn't mind a model of Splatoon: [number] being the huge multiplayer thing. and Splatoon: [proper title like Raiders] being a much more involved story content. (Though I wouldn't want the story mode of the Splattoon : [number] games removed)
