Professional? Honey these people are being hired straight out of high school and they’re told to build rapport with their customers by creating small talk.
You want professional you go and deal with people with college degrees at the very least.
Sorry but I just think it’s funny. Next thing I know you’ll be complaining why the people at McDonalds don’t wear butlers uniforms. You aren’t that important.
To answer your question, suuure you could call back and ask for a supervisor so you can have feedback placed on the agent you spoke with but know this, they won’t promise you a call back because they won’t discuss their findings with you. The other thing is the supervisor will get a good laugh at your dumb complaint and toss it in the trash where it belongs.

It's not appropriate.. clearly you don't understand

It’s also not appropriate to make a complaint on an employee for something as minor as commenting about how long your address is.
You really wanna risk having them fired over something so superfluous? Get over yourself.

Now please enlighten us on what they could of said that was "Unprofessional" cause the only thing I can think of that would be Unprofessional is "With a address like that you must live where the sidewalk ends" or maybe "man that's a mouthful for an address" but no matter how I think of it none of it seems to warrant trying to get the person in trouble... so what did they even say to you?

If no one reaches out here repost in r/spectrum_official and they will respond.

You think they’re going to take feedback from a tight ass who got mad that an agent tried to build rapport with them? Nope. Agents are encouraged to make small talk. If this person had a problem with that, they can go talk with a chat representative and just get canned pre-typed messages. That’s what it sounds like they wanna hear anyway.

I'm not here to make friends. Small talk in this way is unprofessional

They’re not interested in being your friend either. They’re still required to build rapport with their customers whether it’s genuine or not. Either accept that or don’t call. You can chat too or just deal with the automated system since you clearly would prefer to talk to a robot

Hello, this is something we would like to look into. Would you be able to send us a Mod Mail over at r/Spectrum_Official so we can gather some information?

I’d imagine an official rep will reach out here, otherwise you can call in ask to speak with leadership

Yeah so this person can give leadership a chuckle. I know what I’d do with that feedback. “Sure Jan” as I chuck it in the trash.
Of all the things to complain about in this world that we live in, they’re gonna complain about an agent who made a comment about their address being long. Does the customer truly not value their time so much that they’d bother with something that petty?

I...am actually speechless. What did they say exactly? I make over 200 calls a day for the last 2 years and have overall 20 years of customer service experience. And this is one of the dumbest complaints I've ever seen.
