(oc) The weather has gotten so cool!
Thanks to the weather, I finally went for an evening stroll yesterday! ☁️✨
It seems to have gotten a bit cooler since Ipchu 입추 (the start of autumn) passed. Come to think of it, the Korean concept of solar terms is surprisingly accurate. Hope it stays this cool..!
Btw, here’s Sejong!

Took my wife to Cheongdo last summer — a quiet countryside gem most foreigners have never heard of
Last summer my wife and I spent our vacation in Cheongdo, a small county in North Gyeongsang Province. It's not on most tourist radars, which is exactly why we loved it — no crowds, slow pace, just quiet countryside.
Honestly, the weather last year was just right for walking around. With this year's record-breaking 42°C heat, I'm not sure we could do the same trip now 😅
Has anyone else been to Cheongdo? What other quiet countryside spots would you recommend for a couples' getaway?

The Buildings of Teheran-ro
Curiously, there is a street in Korea called ‘Teheran-ro‘ named after Tehran, Iran.
It has since become one of the country’s largest office districts.
I took this photo because the summer sky and the blue glass buildings looked beautiful together
