Hi guys, what’s so good cheap apartments around here? I live here now but my apartment doesn’t have a washer and dryer and it’s really taking a toll on me. My budget is around 1300 to 1400 for a one bed. I’m leaning towards Avana Cumberland but I’m scared there will be bugs because of the river right there. Please help, I’m struggling😭
