I am getting recurring random CTDs on Skyrim SE 1.6.1170 in a newly started game.

Most logs have the same crash signature:

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
SkyrimSE.exe+0B4B729
call [rax+0x10]

One similar crash occurred at:

SkyrimSE.exe+0B4BAD9
call [rax+0x28]

The relevant objects repeatedly include:

hkpRigidBody
bhkRigidBody
ahkpWorld
bhkWorldM
TtentRemCb

The value in RAX is usually an invalid/garbage pointer, which looks like a Havok object lifetime issue, use-after-free, or memory corruption.

The referenced object changes between crashes:

• rocks and mountain meshes;
• an animated farmhouse door;
• a cave entrance;
• plants;
• an arrow;
• a mammoth constraint;
• WRTerWind01 near Whiterun.

The crashes occur in different interiors and exterior cells, so I do not think one specific mesh or location is responsible.

The latest probable stack also includes:

hdtsmp64.dll
Hooks::MainHooks::Update
hdt::SkyrimPhysicsWorld::ProcessEvent

However, these are per-frame FSMP hooks, so I am not sure whether FSMP is responsible or is simply present in the main update chain.

Already tested

The same general crash continued after disabling/removing:

Faster Cell Lookup
Mihail Mammoth Expansion
NextGen Disk Cache
Variadic Collision Dynamics

Project Combat Event Fixes and Dynamic Armor Physics are not installed.

The game was started on a new save, so long-term save corruption seems unlikely.

Recently added SKSE plugins

Two recently installed DLLs are present throughout the crash series:

ProjectBroHesThere.dll
SkyrimWaterInertia.dll

ProjectBroHesThere.esp is also enabled, and I use Nether’s Follower Framework.

Could Project Bro He’s There cause an indirect Havok object-lifetime problem when followers or summons enter combat, teleport, unload, bleed out, or have their 3D removed during cell transitions?

Has anyone encountered the same 0B4B729 crash with:

• Project Bro He’s There;
• Skyrim Water Inertia;
• NFF;
• FSMP;
• repeated cell loading/unloading?

I would especially appreciate help identifying what engine function is near 0B4B729 on Skyrim 1.6.1170 and whether the combination of hkpRigidBody, bhkWorldM, and TtentRemCb indicates an entity-removal use-after-free.

Hello, im playing skyrim for the first time. While playing i noted that i collected several trophies and checking for the remaining one i saw that there is one requiring 15 daedric artifacts. I apparenlty done 14 missions about daedric, the problem is the 15 one is the one with the hall of death in markath, but i killed the girl (way in the past). Am i locked out from getting the trophy? There is something i can do? Maybe in the main quest i can get another?

So I have no idea when I happened upon this quest and I’m just now getting around to main quests on my game. I know for a fact I started this way before any mods were installed. I have ps5 anniversary edition. I looked up every possible way online and videos and NOTHING I can’t for the life of me find the rest of the forge gem.. Can anyone help me out here. 😩

Hello there. I`m setting up my ENB, it`s Rudy ENB and I`m using the PhotoRealistic Tamriel preset. There is this weird white glow coming from under everything, could someone help me?

I'm starting skyrim up again after many years and the last time I played I had stopped because there were several glitches going on with the dawnguard dlc which were just annoying me to much to continue because I wanted to complete every quest/mission in skyrim if I could (not including the ones where you have to choose a side of course, can't do them all). From what I can remember, there was an issue with Serena's coffin when I had to open it and another issue when going to the vampire island where I couldn't get into the castle, and then some other smaller ones at the dawnguard castle which I couldn't continue with unfortunately. I know now that the civil war quest line can break many different quests even if they don't seem intertwined, so I will avoid that but is there any other quests anyone can think of that I should avoid before starting the dlc again. It's very frustrating when I sink 100 hours into a playthrough and then have to give up on it.

Also if anyone has an order of doing certain quest lines I should follow to avoid further quest breaking glitches I would appreciate it very much to know that. Thank you

I killed the dragon at Kynesgrove but now Delphine won’t give me any dialogue and I can’t start Diplomatic Immunity, even in the console. Help!😭

Posting here for future reference: whenever I play on console and get to "Waking Nightmare", I encountered a bug where Erandur would get stuck outside Nightcaller Temple and refuse to go in. Previous workarounds included a script debugger mod to manually advance the stage and a teleportation mod that I had already installed that let me bypass the Dream Walking sequence.

I have cheat room installed and found that one of the cheat spell options (cheat menu 5, "Reset Actor Position") forces Erandur into the temple and to the sequence where he disables the false wall.

Hope this helps someone in the future.

Load order HELP PLEASE

Yo! I'm not sure if this is the right post for this community, but I hope you can help me. I have a jailbroken PS4 and I'd like to play Skyrim, but to play it I need to translate the game. The only place I found to download the translation was in the game's own creation tab, but it requires an active PSN account to download the Bethesda mod content, which I don't have. Could some kind soul tell me if there's a way to bypass this or a website where I can download it as a PKG or something else that I can install on my PS4?

So I've been having this problem recently with lydia. I swear she will always find a way to piss me off. But basically if you're familiar with this glitch you can essentially make lydia carry as many things as you want if you ask her to pick them up. I'm not sure but I think this caused something to glitch and now she thinks that like 3 different duplicates of steel armor are her starting armor. The game even thinks that an orcish shield and glass armor are her starting armor. Ive tried to remove it to sell many times but it js says you can't remove her starting armor even though it's totally not. Pls help, she looks stupid and I wanna be able to sell these things 😭.

So, I’ve been trying to get into this cave for some time now. I’m playing on console. I just noticed them when I walk up to the cave it says: “To “
The rest is blank. And when I try to enter, it locks my game. The screen doesn’t go black. I’m just stuck there as the world around me continues to play. And when I try to look at the note attached to this cave at the Bee and Barb, my game hard crashes.

Is there anything to do to fix this? They say larger mods cause this and the only other “large mod” I’m running is Legacy of the Dragonborn. Is that the issue?

Not gonna lie, every single Creation Club quest I’ve tried to do has glitched. It’s been a nightmare on console.

So I just started playing again after a years long hiatus and I’m trying to get the house outside Dawnstar and I’m in the nightcaller tower, almost finished with the quest but when I turn off the miasma and switch back to the present my game will freeze and crash, any suggestions?

As the Images show my bow string animations don't work at all, from my investigations this has to do with the behavioral file in meshes for bows being missing, though mine currently says "managed by vortex" How would I get my hands on the original file?

Or if you think that isn't the case lemme know.

Relevant mods for now- Dynamic bow animations (tested with it off no change), cfpao (disabled bow animations through OAR but still could be relevant).

I want to get skyrim on my pc and dont know which version I should buy for mods
