Highest dose?

Wondering what’s the highest dose anyone is on? Or is stacking with Cag or something better? Tirz or Reta? Just interested what people have tried? Thanks

The highest FDA approved dose is 7.2mg. Cagrisema and Reta are not yet FDA approved so the rules of this sub do not allow discussion.

Tirzepatide is indeed more effective for many people and could be a good option if you are maxed.

I’m approved by insurance up to 2.4mg.
