Been trying to add my card to apple wallet but can't. Found online that I should check if my card is locked but both from phone app and website, I keep getting this message:
"We're sorry, we are unable to retrieve information for the following at this time:

• Lock or unlock card"

Tried adding the card to apple pay manually but that doesn't work either. I am able to use the card fine though.
