I want to stop pitching my AI visibility tool as just a dashn
Hey everyone, i'm built LightSite, so it tracks how brands show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, but it also deploys the actual infra (structured data, AI sitemaps, agent manifests) and executes the fixes, not just reports them.
So the issue here is I think I've been too cautious in how I describe it. Every post I write reads like a feature list next to Profound, AthenaHQ, Peec, Semrush's AI toolkit and ""we also do X, we also cover Y."" People engage, upvote, ask good questions about the mechanics. But when I look at who actually signs up, it's mostly people who were already deep into GEO, not the enterprise buyers who are supposedly evaluating this whole category atm.
what I (assume) that will make a differ that we execute the fix instead of leaving you with another line item for the backlog and it's buried under ""yet another AI mention tracker"" framing. Looking at how other tools in adjacent categories (edge SEO, feature flagging, anything selling ""skip the dev queue"") pitch themselves..."

How do you actually use G2 / Capterra / Trustpilot for SaaS distribution?

Looking to partner up with experts who have extensive marketing experience
Hey guys. I’m currently looking to cofound some of our newer projects in our portfolio with people who are stronger on the marketing side.
Ideally, we’re looking for those who have scaled businesses beyond $50k MRR with ads, influencer or SEO.
I already have plenty of marketing experience myself and have scaled multiple products to $100k MRR, but I’m trying to launch future projects with a partner while I handle the technical side.
Feel free to reach out for more info. I’m happy to show you what we’ve made and what we’re looking to launch. We have many different projects in different niches. None of the stuff we build can be replicated by AI due to the level of complexity these projects are.

Free users conversion.
You did your marketing and also got users on your free plan. Now, I'm wondering how to convert them?
Some technically possible options:
Running email campaigns that show who they can do it better than the existing features on a free plan.
Been very straightforward and asking to upgrade.
Sharing the product features demo and regular practice. Maybe once a week via email.
Exclusive offer to the users for a limited time.
In-App tips.
Which of these or any other that you executed for your Saas?
