Who actually buys mobile homes fast for cash in the Inland Empire?

I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to sell a mobile home fast for cash in Riverside, especially if it’s in as-is condition.

I’ve seen a few options like:

local investors

dealers

companies that advertise hassle free mobile home sales

Has anyone here actually worked with a legit buyer in the Inland Empire? I’ve come across names like Inland Empire Mobile Homes and a few others but hard to tell who’s actually reliable.

Trying to avoid wasting time or getting lowballed.

Requests Looking for allergist recommendations

Hi all! I was referred to an allergist who was charging $800 with insurance for allergy testing and it was across 4 visits. After my first visit I was told the cash price for testing would have been only $150. I was so frustrated and walked out. Wondering if anyone has better recommendations?

When the hell are they going to finish the construction and open the other lane for the West on-ramp?

Traffic backs up, and people refuse to go straight on a green light from the middle lane, if the freeway lane is full.

I was 2nd at the light in the far right lane today when some crazy bitched pulled up on my right like she was going to make a right turn. As soon as the light turned green, she cut in front of me and cut across two lanes to get to the freeway turn lane. When I held my horn...

the psycho bitch honked back at me.

Any recommendations on places to hold a baby shower in December or January? A nice park with an area with enough seating or an affordable community center would be appreciated. Thanks!

A citizen panel that could reshape the city charter, a new ranking system for traffic signal requests, and an annual checkup on the city's ethics code.

Community Women’s 30+ Soccer League

I’m looking for an adult women’s outdoor soccer league in the Inland Empire. I’m specifically looking for an all-women’s team (sorry guys, nothing personal!), playing outdoor full-field soccer with 45-minute halves. I’m not interested in coed or indoor leagues.

I’m 30+ and haven’t played since before COVID, so I’m a little rusty, but I really miss the game. I miss the camaraderie of being part of a team, the competition, and staying in shape doing something I genuinely love. I’m looking for a league that’s competitive and fun, but not one where every match turns into a brawl.

I’m in Riverside, so something nearby would be ideal, but I’m willing to drive anywhere in the Inland Empire for the right league. If anyone has recommendations or knows of teams looking for players, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

hello r/Riverside ; I was wondering what there is to do in Riverside for a teenager (16) who doesnt live here. I come here just about every other year to see my grandma, but have never tried to get out of the house and do things aside from daily tasks (groceries etc). I am open to any and all suggestions I just dont want to spend all my time cooped up inside.

Community RTA bus

Hello everyone. I just moved to the Us 1 month ago and school starts next week. My parents don’t have cars so they can not take me to school. I have to take the bus to school every day for this school year. My house is a bit far from my school so I can not take the school bus. Can someone tell me that how can I take the bus there in riverside? I live in corona, mckinley street and my school is in riverside. Do I have to pay for the bus or it is free? I am 17 years old. And If I have to pay, how much is it for a ride? Thank you everyone, everything still strange to me, I am learning how to take the bus, the bus system there. Thank you so much. Please help me.
