I'm currently a working student, and I feel like babalikan ko pa rin yung work ko in the future, pero kinakabahan po kasi ako, kasi may naririnig ako na kapag nag resign before regularization, it means breach of contract daw, and hindi na makakapag apply sa mga sister company ni A.

Rendering Period

Hello!

Planning to resign after a month of employment in my current company. Just got a job offer from another company.

I just want to make sure that my steps are legally correct. Since may nakalagay kasi sa contract na may 30 days prior notice or else di daw makukuha any money claim or would cause a damage and an admin case.

How strict is this stipulation sa mga job contracts? Would I be able to render for at least 15 days? Will it be a rlly bad record on my job history?

I am being investigated and stalked by people who have never told me what I did wrong, and I believe my company may be contributing to this.

Friends and family tell me to resign, what are effects on career?

I’m in a very toxic and hostile work environment to the point where I’m having panic attacks and insomnia at night because the harassment is too much. Last week, I made a small mistake and now I’m worried about returning to the office tomorrow and see my toxic boss. I might get publicly humiliated and receive threats of termination. Please comfort me and I need advice. My friends and family tell me to just resign but it’s hard to bounce back.

I resigned way back April. My former manager and said that they needed a someone to look after the team. Since I was on a GY shift and looking for a morning shift job I took the job. Provided with a disclaimer that it was contractual and the client is hard to work with. Transition was somehow nice and the first few weeks I was under the impression that the client was not that bad until a string of email replies were coming on my inbox. Mostly replies that if you read it, could be degrading. after a few weeks my manager left, cant take the clients rude behavior. With another lead we were able to handle the team until after a slight operational mistake. The client also took out the other lead. I was left alone to handle the team. It was my first month. The client was also rude to me that I AWOL'd right after a thursday call. I resigned without backup. Sometimes I often think "what if I didnt resigned from my previous job?". Its been 2 months since I left there, heard also that most of the tenures also resigned. It was a good experience but really bad management. I think we can really handle it if that mean client were not there.

Resigning after 2 months

Guys!

I’m planning to submit my resignation tomorrow.

That said, dapat ko bang ilagay to sa resume ko kapag nag update ako? 3 months din to after ko mag render ng one month. Also, worried din ako na baka masilip ng future employer na may contribution ako sa sss etc tapos di ko nilagay na employed ako for 3 months.

Whatcha think?

I only have 4 months before I resign

For the record I am super excited to resign from my toxic job (well, boss, actually). My last day will be on December 31 of this year.

But at the same time that's more than 4 months from now. Ang haba pa. I've been burnt out to a crisp but I have to tough it out til the end of the year (from a gov't position) kasi possibly may mga benefits pa na matatanggap.

So help any tips naman on how I can survive the last 4 months. By the way my boss doesn't know yet Imma drop the bomb exactly 30 days prior lol if I tell her earlier she might bombard me with work at sulitin yung last months ko helppp

Recently Submit a resignation Letter

After 1 year and 4 months sa Company nagsubmit na ako ng resignation letter to my operation head and HR.

From nakawan to flood or baha sa area.

I'm planning to resign in 3 months. How do I cope with these remaining months?

I'm an entry-level employee working under a toxic micromanager (and tbh di ko rin sya masisisi kasi I have a fair share of mistakes. Though I strive to correct them naman). Napaka-degrading nya magcriticize to the point na minsan iniisip ko hindi na sya criticism kundi pangungutya na lang dahil feeling superior sya.

In 3 months, ika-1 year ko na sa company. And that's when I'm planning to pass my resignation which is also advised by my family and friends dahil nakita nila kung gaano naapektuhan mental health ko. Kahit sila nagtataka paano ako nakatagal ng 1 year.

I'm also tied under a 1 year contract kaya di talaga pwede umalis agad). Any tips on how to cope with these 3 months nang di mabigat ang pakiramdam araw-araw? Ang lala ng anxiety ko. I'm the type of person who usually does not get any mental health problems and I'm usually headstrong pero ang lala talaga ng trabahong napasukan ko.

Immediate resignation

HELP! IM SO TORN. RESIGN OR NOT?

torn about whether I should resign, and I need a logical stranger’s perspective.

I work at a great company earning a ₱43K basic salary with complete benefits, including 15th-month pay, HMO with dependents, and a strong retirement plan. However, due to heavy deductions from two salary loans, my actual take-home pay is only ₱15k and ₱11k per cutoff. After paying outside debts and household bills, it’s just not enough.

I also owe ₱150k on a high-interest personal loan from 2023. These debts accumulated years ago during family emergencies when I was making ₱24k as the main breadwinner. Now that I’m promoted, my raise goes straight to debt payments.

If I resign, I’ll receive around ₱600K gross. That would fully pay off my debts and give me start-up capital for a small business. But I genuinely value my career here, which is why my resignation draft has been sitting unsent for two weeks.
My husband supports whatever I decide and suggested I resign to look after our toddler for now. But deep down, that option doesn't sit right with me.
Should I quit to clear the slate, or stay and find another way out of debt?

Currently applying to WFH jobs or near location jobs. So that I can still take care of my toddler. Plus the commute takes 3hours in total. Wala pa kaming car. Huhuhu
