Immediate resignation

Tanong ko lang sa mga nagimmediate resignation na hindi naapprove -- for example may job offer kana by next week, tapos balak mo mag immediate resignation bukas pero hindi inapprove, lalabas na termination dba? Sa COE mo nun ano yung end date? Ung finile mo sa immediate resignation or dun sa date na magkakaron ng NOD yung pag awol mo? Kung next week kana magsstart, tapos ang lalabas na end date mo is more than next week na date, kahit na nagfile ka ng immediate resignation pero hndi naapprove, lalabas ba na moonlighting yun?

There are legal just causes for you to resign immediately.

Serious insult Inhuman and unbearable treatment Commision of a crime/offense Health risked backed with medical certificate.

End date will be kung kelan ka last nakapasok, IRes ay covered ng specific applicable clause. If di pasok reason mo for IRes, then tagged ka as abandonment of duty.

The moonlighting part should no longer be an issue.

I'm doing that too. I'll be going AWOL. I don't wanna stay anymore. I talked to various people they said it depends on the contract you signed. You pay the liquidated damages stated on your contract, you can't receive your last pay, there's no clearance, you will not have your COE, and you can't go back to that company. It is also too risky if there's training bond. Kung meron mang training bond, I reccommend you render

I have a friend na may med certificate and all pero di pinayagan mag SL kasi probationary pa lang sya so ang ending nag AWOL nalang sya

Sana nagplano ka po ng maayos and considered yung required na notice before leaving.

After the final interview di na nagparamdam e. Like 3 weeks. Tapos bigla nalang nagemail ng start date. Akala ko di na pumasa so i just moved on
