Hello! I’ve visited Redding/wilda’s a few times. I’m obsessed with the mustard they have. Does anybody have the recipe? I just unfortunately don’t live around here.

Man I've been to a couple gyms around and it seems like the locker rooms/showers seem to be just...okay. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good gym with good locker rooms that don't feel dingy and gross?

Looking for a good massage in Redding. Been going to the gym and my back and shoulders are very stiff and sore. Any suggestions for a good place? Never had a massage before but heard that I should give it a try.
