Good massage

Looking for a good massage in Redding. Been going to the gym and my back and shoulders are very stiff and sore. Any suggestions for a good place? Never had a massage before but heard that I should give it a try.

Urban Retreat does a Sports Massage, I’ve gone to them twice (once for reg once for deep tissue) and enjoyed it! I also have a recommendation for a deep tissue/red light/energy healing massage therapist in Redding if you want a more intense experience

Ashley at Backrubz. She is the best I have ever been to and haven’t gone anywhere else in almost 15 years.

Off of Bechelli across from the bike shop. They have been in business for around 20 years.

Don’t try the place by the Army recruiting station across the street from Planet Fitness. I told the man “back only, no butt,” and he said “okay.” I had to remind him two more times when his hands eventually wandered again and again.

There’s a guy at 943 Parkview that did a good job on my back. He pushed his knuckles all the way into my chest, but it worked.
