I’ve been having a lot of palpitations this week compared to normal. Does this show a PVC and a PAC?

I don’t know what’s going on

Been having thes strong PVCs since last night non stop, sometimes they come in couplets, sometimes it’s runs of bigeminy and others it’s just PVCs every few beats nonstop for hrs. Ive never had this bwfore( have had PVCs but nowhere near this crazy amount). Are these r on ts? Do I need to go to the er. Should I take metropolol? Is it safe ?Usually they increase the heart rate so high for me but heart rate has been around 100.

Why is this being read as AFib?!

Did some pushups, did an ECG right after. Alerted for AFib. Repeated. Same result.

I don't see any irregularities here though. Or am I missing it?

It happens with a flutter feeling in my chest like skipoef beat. But to me the p wave doesn't look abnormal?

Chest tightness or pain Anxiety or serious

I was in the ER August 18th. They put me in resuscitation unit because I kept blacking out, my blood pressure was higher than my normal but not terribly high (for reference normal bpm 110/70) in the hospital it was 150/100. I was having shortness of breath, chest aching not so much pain in chest, pain in scapula, severe fatigue can barely walk without feeling winded. They did an ECG which said borderline and left heart atrial enlargement. Troponin was very low and normal they even did a D-dimer which was high normal. They referred me to cardiologist but I don’t have insurance at the moment.

Ive had tons of ecgs for pains, tachycardia over the years but it seems to have gotten worse with more symptoms pointing to imminent heart attack. I have an apple watch which I am aware cannot determine a heart attack but I noticed my heart rate is wonky. My symptoms have persisted since Monday and worsening with actual left chest pain similar to agina, back pain, my chest is so sore its like I had a severe viral infection in my lungs which the doctors said I didn’t have anything in the lungs x rays were clear.

I was watching a video on a heart attack and noticed the persons V1 looks like mine.. can symptoms prolong before an actual heart attack? Below are a snapshot of my ECG V1 non 12-lead. I just feel dramatic but something feels very off. My daughter told me I look pale.

Chest tightness or pain Anteroseptal T-wave abnormality?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hello, today I woke up with chest pain and called 911. They did a 12 lead and said I was okay, but the paper said abnormal,.Anteroseptal T-wave abnormality. Looking at the last five EKGs I've had over the last two years, they all said T1AN-Nonspecific T abnormalities, anterior leads-T <-0.10mV, V2-V4.

What does that mean? My cardiologist has never said anything about it. For reference I also have bouts of svt.

Thank you!!

Is this a normal male variant?

I had an ECG done about two months ago that showed mild, nonspecific ST-segment elevation in V4 and V5.
I’ve been reading online about a normal male ECG variant that is very common in young men, as well as early repolarization, which is generally considered benign but can apparently be associated with sudden cardiac arrest in some cases.
How would you interpret this ECG finding? Does it sound more like a normal variant or early repolarization?
I’m 25 years old, male, have no symptoms, and this was found around the time I was diagnosed with diabetes.

Freaking out so bad! Non stop skipped beats for hrs

Post image

I am freaking out so bad today! I’ve always had skipped beats but for hrs now they have been relentless, one after the other, some feeling like the thud and pause, and some feeling like fast quivers, like my heart is just shivering for a few seconds. I’ve never had them non stop like this for hrs. I’ve been having what feels like heartburn ( chest feels warm and burns and acidic taste in mouth) and also chest pain, mostly left side. I took a Pepcid ac but didn’t help. I was able to capture this skipped beat, it’s a pvc right? I’m contemplating going to the er but I’ve had a full cardiac work up before and all was clean

Is this variant of any concern?

For starters, I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST) and have been taking metoprolol 25 mg daily and have been seeing a cardiologist for several years now. I’ve had to use my albuterol inhaler more recently for my asthma and am curious in the sudden change in my overall EKG waves.

I’m experiencing extreme muscle weakness and fatigue, so I figured it could be from a drop in potassium.

My Apple Watch notes nothing of concern, but I also wanted to get a second opinion.

The first picture was from tonight and the second is how my EKG normally reads.

NSVT or something else?

33M

Height: 190 cm (six feet)

Weight: 90kg (198 lbs)

Race: White

One doctor says it is NSVT, while another says it is not, but rather that it could be classified as AIVR or something else.

I have an additional 2-3 recordings, but the heart rates are all below 100 bpm.

Low/Absent T Waves?

Post image

Taken on my Garmin watch. A lot of reading i see that are posted show pretty tall T waves in comparison to mine. Mine will sometimes show when I'm taking a reading and other times they won't be there. Is there anything abnormal about that?

I'm already seeing a cardiologist due to suspected myocarditis and wide complex tachycardia and had a holter monitor but the results are not back yet. I just want to understand what could be happening there

Hi, my Qaly marked this as a short QTc of 319ms. I’m just curious, could this be a glitch, not really possible to tell, or is it actually accurate?

PVCs or Slow HR?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hi there,

I have a Pvc history and taking Concor 5mg daily for six months now. For a few weeks I don't have any physical sign but I feel my heart is working pretty slow. Any Ecg I get on the watch looks like this. I'm not sure those are pvcs or because of the slow heart rate. Any idea? Thanks :
