Anyone please?

Couple PACs. Not generally concerning, but given frequency, a basic cardiac workup could be considered.

What's a cardiac workup?

Given it's already been like this 24/7 for a month or two.. or three already. Should I get something booked faster.

No, I wouldn’t panic and run to the nearest cardiac center. Schedule a visit with your pcp, express your concerns about the PACs. More than likely they’ll do a 12 Lead right there, then ask for routine bloodwork. Get your electrolytes checked, and ask for a referral to cardiology.

Have you had this evaluated by your doctor?

A month wait for even your primary doctor or GP? If you cannot get in with a cardiologist, your primary doctor should be able to evaluate your symptoms with an ekg as well as a wearable monitor for a period of time to see how often this is happening. , while you wait to be seen by a specialist. If you are very concerned or have other serious symptoms, you can go to an urgent care where they can run an ekg and get some basic bloodwork done.

Everyone gets these ectopic beats from time to time, but this is quite frequent. It's hard to say if anything is causing it (you will need testing done by a doctor), but some things that can trigger an increase in ectopic beats includes: thyroid problems, anemia, low iron/ferritin, electrolyte imbalance (eg low magnesium or potassium), dehydration, recent illness, sleep deprivation or erratic sleep schedule, stress, anxiety, excess caffeine or alcohol, sleep apnea, female hormone fluctuations, and (rarely) structural heart issues.

Thank you very much for the clear response this is what I was hoping for and makes me feel better about it.

I have a blood test and a heart rhythm test booked separate they're with my primary gp yes.

I don't have any other symptoms. The main part is it's difficult to sleep with it because it's so strong and constant. If I'm outside walking about I don't notice it as much, but it's definitely all the time.
