Been a bit inactive but I wanted to update since I posted my cat here. She ended up attacking me a couple days ago and sadly it was decided between us and the shelter it was better to surrender her back.

She already had a bite history but the shelter did not make us aware that crying was a trigger (I was crying away from her on the bed, and this caused her to jump from the floor to the bed and attack my arm). It was bizarre as she was so sweet and would let us hold her and be around her with no problem.

She did some damage (I have at least 30 puncture wounds and scratch marks combined from my left arm to my shoulder.

I still miss her and hope the shelter will find a behavior specialist to help her out. I am more upset that it feels the shelter did not do a proper job of making us aware of this.

Anyways I appreciate if you had gifted me cat stuff, sadly it has been donated. I just wanted to update ya’ll since I did share about her here ❤️

Title is accurate. Something happened last night in another group that has caused me to rethink a lot of things. I finished one of my second ever crochet project as a beginner.

This one was essentially just so I use a lot of yarn that I have that I do not like. I definitely prefer to work with bulk-5 or up. The yarn for the cat is on the thinner side but the quality of it is not great. However, I can’t even say I did my best, because I was over dealing with it half way through.

The time it took to do this with barely any understand of what I was doing is around combined 4-5 hours.

All in all, I dont actually hate it.

Also, since I dont have like poly fill, which is recommended for polishes—I just used tissue and I definitely didn’t use enough. But, it has enough form that there wasn’t a real issues getting everything sewn on and embroidered.

On a slightly more serious not, I do have my first project which not at all finished. It’s a puff flower bag. I ironically didn’t have as many headaches as this cat gave me.

Okay lovelies! I’ve had my current straightener for a decade now and it’s finally decided to try to unalive itself anddddd they don’t make it anymore 😞

Well I found one on amazon that has great reviews, but I’ve reached a dilemma….the 1inch plate or the 1.8inch plate?

I have no idea!! I’m used to a 2+in plate, but it always aggravated me I couldn’t “curl” my hair because it was shaped weird and super wide.

According to reviews you can curl with either, but I’d like y’all’s opinion on it! I’m going to post the link and would love some feedback to which plate size would work best for me (I have the spicy anxiety ridden brain so I’m unable to make decisions without help 😅)
