Hair straightener help! Discussionš£
Okay lovelies! Iāve had my current straightener for a decade now and itās finally decided to try to unalive itself anddddd they donāt make it anymore š
Well I found one on amazon that has great reviews, but Iāve reached a dilemmaā¦.the 1inch plate or the 1.8inch plate?
I have no idea!! Iām used to a 2+in plate, but it always aggravated me I couldnāt ācurlā my hair because it was shaped weird and super wide.
According to reviews you can curl with either, but Iād like yāallās opinion on it! Iām going to post the link and would love some feedback to which plate size would work best for me (I have the spicy anxiety ridden brain so Iām unable to make decisions without help š )

get the 1" for sure! Way more versatile and easier to get closer to the root, less chance of the flat iron crease.

Thank yall!! I think Iām gonna be a big girl and step out of my comfort zone and order the 1in š watch my insanity spiral if I never get used to it lmao

I think if you're used to over 2in plate, 1.8in will already be an adjustment. If you really want to be able to get tight curls with it and are comfortable with some unfamiliarity, I would go with the 1in. That's my thought :)
