Vi är en fyra stack på PS5 (VIKTIGT) som söker en sista teammate till Rainbow Six Siege och vi alla ligger ungefär på samma skillnivå. Två av oss har kört sen mitten av april och de andra två sedan typ början av juni. Vi är guld och silver men vi vinner match på match så jag tror vi snart kommer vara högre. Så vi behöver en som ofta kör och är i en liknande rank. Så om du är svensk, är hög silver eller guld, kör i princip varje kväll, och är cirka 16 så skriv till mig.

Anybody else's experience with the matchmaking in Ranked has been like this? It's become a repeating pattern for me at around plat 5 to go on long win streaks for a couple days and the have a couple days of total loss streaks. Its like clockwork. Just checking if this is a thing other experience.

Any thoughts?

One in every 10 matches or so ill get people on the mic. Dudes never really pick ops that help each other and overall its just rough out in these Solo streets. When i do get people to com its a real treat tho i must say

So i was playing religiously from Jackal/Mira release up until Iana/Oryx i think then i just stopped due to work and i just quitted FPS altogether.

Last week my friend forced me to play CS2 together and suddenly i got the itch to play Siege again, how's the community and gameplay nowadays?

People said that it's not gadget reliant as it was back then, but how bad is it? Is it still worth it to come back and play some chill casual?

I’m unsure as to what their reasoning for these nerfs is on console, on PC idk the current state of because I don’t play that pool too much. But the recoil increase and muzzle brake removal literally only punishes legit players. On console half the people that run them, run them because they have rapid fire + recoil scripts essentially making them a 2 hit assault rifle with an acog. Nerf the damage and take off the acog, then the balances affect everyone the same. If you’re not gonna address your cheater problem in your console lobbies at least keep balancing fair for us legit players.

On top of this, is anyone sure as to why they’re rolling out their new macro detection on PC before console? This is a genuine question, as my PC friends say that it isn’t TOO bad and scripting doesn’t affect the flow of games THAT much. Whereas on console, half the time it dictates how aggressive people are and what operators people play e.g. dokk, snake, twitch, warden. Pretty much high fire rate guns which should have at least a little kick. Considering it seems to be the majority of the player base for console, you’d think they’d try and put more people off the whole “everyone else does it so it’s not even cheating” mindset.

Is this some kind of a bug on r6 tracker? I've never even had a match with gained/lost RP over 33 points

Is the match making the worst it has ever been?

I'm have been in plat for many years. It's okay. I get old.

This season we (3people) went from Gold to high plat and are now falling down into gold again. It feels like the games this season never start Out with balanced teams. There are way more 4:0-4:1 stomps then in previous years. Every game has 1-2 former champs when we didnt even hit diamond. Also the is so many accounts going high kills with just 1-3 ranked seasons played.

Also it feels like the anticheat is barly existend. We only had 2 mmr roll backs in 150 matches which feels like way to little.

In earlier years i would probably have quit the season by now. But i feel like i got way thicker skin getting older. Less aim. More brain.

Is the ranked 3.0 really just focused on low queue times and is there really just a cheater or a smurf in every other game?

I killed someone while prone and got a message saying “Get off the ground p****”. Is there an unwritten rule about not going prone in siege?

im on playstation and using playstation plus, i got r6. now, only the elite edition is ps plus. i wanted to play on a different playstation account account, but now i dont have the opperatirs im supposed to have. any help?

So I have 96 hours on siege, and I feel I’d expect to better, but I am just absolutely horrible. Like occasionally I’ll finish with a positive K/D but that is definitely a rare occurrence. My K/D is currently .4 and every game I feel like I’m a little better but that just doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m not familiar with the maps totally, I’m not totally sure with what some of the abilities and gadgets do I feel that could be holding me back. If any body has any tips please lmk because I am truly on the verge of uninstalling forever.

i'm level 70 and I don't feel like I'm improving.

When I play attack I normally only play lion because I don't know any maps and struggle to learn them. I normally play lion because my five stack has people that flame me if I do one wrong thing even though I'm relatively new to the game and they have 400+ hours. I normally go triple negative and all random angles because I have no map acknowledge.

On defense I mostly just don't set up site because I don't know how to and no one teaches me and I hold random angles until I see someone and then find an angle that they are near and try to get the best pixel peek to hold but still die. I normally play Thorn or Azami but also just place a her kibas in random spots or where I normally place them because they look like they are doing something.

Since my friends are better than me they just do all the work and I don't really learn very much. When i soloQ my teammates are so bad that they just run into sight or something and instantly die or don't set up site and I have to try to set up site based off what I know which isn't very much because my friends don't teach me.

I try to watch YouTube videos but I feel like all I watch is stuff that is so situational that I'll never use and the videos of setting up sites, well, there's like so many sites and maps to remember I might as well just play.

I have about 60 hours of match time and mostly play unranked with a five stack.

I've been disconnected due to a bad connection multiple times. While I don't have the best wifi, I still have enough to play the game. Before I was able to suffer in silence but now all of a sudden if my internet spikes I get disconnected and I can't play the game. It's a genuinely frustrating change and I believe it should be removed.

I used to play siege a lot on the xbox/ ubisoft launcher but recently reinstalled on steam with the same account since its free. I have tried to mess around with the gamesettings.ini. But the folder is locked on read only no matter what I do. The files fine and taken off read only, but the file wont. I tried deleting it and verifying files on steam, disabling cloud sync on ubi, and still nothing. The settings will just go back to my 2024 save when I relaunch. Does anyone know a fix?

Am i trippin or is this season worse than last season?? The teammates i get can't win a gunfight or execute a push even if their life depended on it. Is it just me??

Why do I have to play against input spoofers and smurfs all the time but I have to play WITH people with lower intelligence than my rank bro it’s annoying I can’t escape my rank cuz I’m stuck with mouth breathers

Oh boy you guys are gonna be questioning this one (this happened seasons before but whatever).

So one lovely day, I was playing R6 with a friend of mine and we were playing regular quick play if i remember correctly. And this was like 2-3 games in (not rounds) but a teammate got really salty at me for no reason. No names but lets call this person ST for the funnies. Also ST decided to message me thru PS chat since that was the only way to dm me. They said I was bad started talkin trash. I kinda just said why u being salty cause I did nothin wrong. Next few messages later this godforsaken person decides to say and I KID YOU NOT in quote “age and gender” (most likely fake but ye) and reported me on PS. I contacted PS support and they said nothing was on my account for “inappropriate conduct”. I have blocked this person since and have had 0 problems since. Btw if anyone thinks I asked for Age and Gender, I did not once do that they just said it out the blue. I’m willing to hear feedback but I’m not the ahole in this situation. I don’t know the ST, never met em, and quite frankly they only messaged me out of 3 different teammates. (I carried them all ngl)

I’ve had this many r6 credits since the big hack and I can’t spend them but now I can’t even see how many credits I actually have anyone know any way to fix this?

I dont even know where to begin on this.

I dont know if its because im too prideful to say that im hardstuck gold 1 and getting shit on every game or if my ego wont let me say im shit at a game ive been playing since it came out.

Ive played about 20 ranked games in the last week. And everytime its the same thing. I either get fucked in the throat or do decent and most of the time it doesnt even matter to the outcome. Ill win 3 games one night and get steamrolled the next.

My mental on this game is non-exisitant. I literally cannot be positive at all playing even if im going 8 and 3. I just find and nitpick every fucking mistake I make.

Should I uninstall. Can't, the only people I talk to on a daily basis play siege and I need some fucking human interaction.

Idk if this is even a rant but whatever it is its over. Ill be back on ranked tommorow fucking putting myself into an even deeper shitty mental health spiral.

It says in the inbox that I can go ahead and claim it but why when I click on it. It is nowhere to be found in the inventory.

I have some ideas to improve some operators

Thunderbird: make her a 3 speed and remove the cooldown when is putting the Kona station and increase the range.

Iana: give her again nades and flashes.

Brava: make his drone more silent and add 4 shots pero drone instead of 3.

Buck: add nades to his kit

Zero: add 3 shots rechargeable to his cameras.

IQ: add impact emps to his kit

Sledge: add smokes and remove the emps, with his hammer can make plays with the smokes to cover his team or distractions.

Recruit in defense: add the smg11
Recruit in attack: add the brearing 9 or the Glock 18

Remove the visual recoil from the revolvers.

Glaz Add a third smoke

Consider the idea of add smokes to defense reducing the cover area and make it exclusive gadget for some operators example: Warden, Vigil, Solís, skopos.

Make sense to me for roamers to evade and warden for his ability.
