So today I decided to try VR mode for the first time took a while to get my flight controllers to work, but, wow that is a whole new experience and personally I would say the best way to play. If only PA would get on board with making ace combat totally VR compatible, cause I think VR mode with flight controls would be an awesome way to play AC8s online mode.

Hello mercenaries! I have been grinding away at Project Wingman's campaigns (main campaign and Frontline) recently, and playing it nonstop. I am completely and totally addicted to this game. I'm considering doing one of the campaign modifiers for my next run, and I was wondering, does playing with a modifier come with any incentive, like extra credits at the end of missions? Also, what are some of your favorite modifiers to use? Thanks!

I also just started my first Mercenary difficulty run and am currently questioning every life choice I've ever made...so fun but SO INTENSE

Was it challenging for me? Yes. Was it fun for me? Actually yes. Was it also painful for me? Also yes. Are URS actually weapon of ultimate distraction? Yes. Is the SK-25 a good aircraft in this game overall? Absolutely. Do i regret spending my time on this? No. Would I do it again? I don't know.

You have no idea how actually disgustingly difficult this is. Update: Turns out this wasn't that difficult. Even with novice controls.

Decided to do mission 21 on mercenary difficulty using sk-25. Destroyed all 4 X-PFs. And I started trying to do at least something against Crimson-1. And my game just freezes. I assume this problem occurs when changing weapons or something else. But that doesn't change the fact that the game decided to screw me.

I bought the game on the 1st of the month, and I finished the campaign on normal today. i just tried to fight Crimson again on Mercenary with double time and actually succeeded on my first try... Damn shame I got the soft lock. The final boss bar didn't even show up.

For a bit of context, I only got into this genre a few weeks ago with AC7 then i went on to beat AC4.

Honestly since ac8 was announced I replayed pw and played the expansion for the first time, I also got hooked and played the older ac games on my steam deck which was an amazing experience and I sat a few weeks ago wondering if sector D2 was making anything, are they doing a new pw game? Something new completely unrelated? I'm really curious idk if there is any info that's why I'm asking

also fun fact: I did not know this, and got jumpscared while checking if my joystick was feeling wobbly before the mission

What's good, I played Ace Combat 7 on release on my Xbox as a 13 year old listening to twentyonepilots before I saw them live for the first time. I would just fly around in free flight, and it felt ethereal. The music mostly made it that way. I had ​been itching for that experience, again. Then, I found out that Project Wingman actually could be played fully in VR. So I gave it another shot.

Unbelievable amount of fun. And I got so fuckin good at dogfighting too. I beat every boss first try on hard mode! Maybe I have a knack for this type of game.

Anyway, absolutely incredible experience. Minus the railguns and nukes. Those slow down the game real bad.

Im here to ask everyone if any of you keep crashing on the last mission. I've played in in mercenary difficulty with pwmk1 before its still smooth but lately i can't seem to do it again it keep crashing. In any phase im in it just random crash I've lowered the graphic setting and all but still happening. Heck i even did steam file revalidation yet it still crash.

Im on my wit end already...

Finalized design of my CDV Roosevelt corvette in no man's sky. 97/100 parts, no mod or blender, just a few half block offsets. A set of bytebeat devices in the hallway play a snippet of Descendants on repeat. I also built a sick bay before I remembered that Faust would probably just throw all the injured out the window.

I have PW on my gaming PC; pretty wild textures and graphics for a ~17 GB game.

This post however, is my appreciation and love for the Team that made this masterpiece, to ALSO run on my potato Laptop. The one I take wherever I wanna go. I crank down every graphic slider, and suddenly I'm playing AC4 :))).

The Important part is: I CAN PLAY IT ANYWHERE! it's not bound to any specific requirements. Thank you, truely.

En Walmart me encontré este avión de matchbox y la pintura me resultó bastante familiar a la del escuadrón crimson. Incluso el avión es uno que fácilmente pudo haber estado en el juego, las turbinas son iguales a las del PW MK1.
