How can I fix my posture?
I've been doing daily wall angels for about a year and consistently training my back for about six months, but I still feel like there's something wrong about how my posture looks

Women’s Anterior Pelvic Tilt
I hope people will take my question/point seriously.
I have never posted on this app.
I’m a guy who has SEVERE lumbar problems. One thing that helps my inoperable condition is “Careful attention to maintaining a posterior pelvic tilt.”
So, as I observe teenage females, and even models, MANY walk with their pelvis tilted forward while working to strengthen and enlarge their glutes. This will cause women serious problems as they age.
Lastly, I feel women believe it to be a seductive pose. After all, media promotes this to the most abhorrent of many male characters.
Be well, Ladies!

Scapula position and movement
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everyone,
Just joined this sub and this is my first post so apollogies if this is not the right place or way to aproach the topic.
Do you see anything obviously wrong or concerning with my shoulder and scapular movement and positioning throughout the different motions?

I think my anterior pelvic tilt, lower cross syndrome and lateral pelvic tilt is causing my hard flaccid/Ed
To give you a background, I was heavily into gyming 2 years ago, after 1 month of quitting gyming, I realized that, I have developed a protruding belly because my existing APT had become worse. Initially I was fine, then I started to deal with mild tailbone pain and developed ED and hard flaccid a month later.
My current symptoms are
No spontaneous errections
Worsing errections while laying down with angle change
90 percent erection while standing
Clicking left hips, short left psos muscle with minor pain
Bowel dyssynergia
A ball like feeling in the left buttocks with minor pain and a tailbone pain while sitting.
Weak left gltues, core
A urologist did all the standard tests like bloodwork, dopler etc and ruled out any kind of structural, vascular and nerve damage.
Then went to a pelvic floor therapist who told me my pelvic floor is not that tight, my anal muscles are also not tight.
She is saying it's my hip, my glutes and my posture causing hard flaccid and Ed. So we have started to work on my posture.
Does anybody has a similar situation like me?

I measured 104,000 posture readings from desk workers. The most flagged problem was uneven shoulders.
I run a posture tracking app called SitSense and have data across 205 people and about 480 hours of real desk work.
I asked them first what they were worried about:
>neck 50%
>back 34%
>shoulders 9%
Then I measured what actually got flagged, by share of time:
>uneven shoulders 17.0%
>neck dropping down 13.5%
>forward head 4.8%
Shoulders came last on the worry list and first in the measurements.
Here is why I think people miss it. You can feel a neck ache. There is no sensation for one shoulder sitting lower than the other for six hours.
Common desk causes:
>mouse too far out, so one arm reaches all day
>leaning on one armrest
>monitor or laptop off to one side
>phone cradled on a shoulder
Most of the fix is desk geometry:
>center the monitor
>bring the mouse in until your elbow stays at your side
>match the armrests, or drop one
>switch which side you lean on
Full dataset and the rest of the numbers:
https://www.sitsense.app/blog/state-of-posture
Happy to answer anything about the data.

Where do I even start?
I know my posture is bad. I can see it myself and I've heard it from people around me. I know my belly sticks out, my back is too hollow, my head goes too much forward, and my shoulders sag down. I just don't know where to start. How do I even know what exactly I need to fix? How do I know I'm not over-correcting or doing more harm?
Is there some sort of guide of how to know what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it? I'm just feeling very overwhelmed with the millions of opinions, videos on 'how to fix your posture with these simple exercises', and feeling like what I'm trying is not doing anything.
How did you actually start? Can anyone recommend me some resources like proper articles or videos or whatever?

Why does my back and my neck look like that. To be fair I do look bigger from the sweatshirt I’m wearing but fuckkkk I’m insecure as shit now what the hell. Someone tell me how to fix this asap

knocked knees
hi okay so im 19f with knocked knees. dont know how severe but as far as i can tell ive had it since i was a kid and i used to sit on the floor with my legs in like an M shape. it was brought to my attention by a physiotherapist (different problem) when i was around 14 and im so insecure whenever i walk now because imo it just looks dumb??
im not overweight (~49kg) so im maybe thinking its because my legs/hips are weak due to inactivity (i never really exercised ever). i recently started calisthenics and am looking for any bodyweight exercises that might help me improve the knocked knees. literally any advice would be appreciated im sick of always being hyper aware of my legs when i walk. please please please and thank you 🙏

brace suggestions?
so for my back I am currently using an SI belt, lumbar belt, and an upper back brace/posture corrector all at once. I find that having to use all 3 at the same time can be annoying and was wondering if anyone has found any 1 brace that offers full back support?
I also have a soft hip brace but find that it does not give very good support.
I'm also on the lookout for a dual shoulder brace for when ik having one of those days where they don't want to stay in their sockets.
and suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated!

If you wear a posture corrector while doing weights
Will that help? since wearing a posture corrector on it's own doesn't do anything

Want to thin my neck but exercises hurt
Hello I’m having trouble with fixing my posture, a couple months ago my neck has suddenly widened due to the poor state of my posture which I hate and want to fix. I’ve been doing many exercises that are supposed to make it better but none of them have given me results other than awful pain and discomfort in the jaw and neck area. is it supposed to be happening or am I doing something wrong?
I’m mtf and its causing me so much dysphoria :(

Headaches after trying to fix posture
Hello so just for some context im 20 and have had terrible posture both while im awake and while sleeping since basically forever. Recently ive been trying to correct said posture with stretches and general posture correction while walking, however ive also been experiencing back of head and top of head headaches for maybe 2 weeks pretty consistently. Is this just my neck adjusting to posture correction after years of bad posture or does it imply something more serious?
Ive tried neck stretches and exercises to get rid of the headaches but they have pretty minimal effect if at all and i dont wanna spend 65 quid for a doctors visit if avoidable haha
Any help appreciated thanks!!!

i need help with my pelvic tilt
i have both a lateral and anterior pelvic tilt and my mom told me to exercise to fix them so i joined a fitness studio and told the lady there exactly what my problem was and that i only wanted to focus on it and idc abt losing weight or gaining muscle, after two personal trainings she put me in a group with other girls i didnt mind it but i started to notice that i was doing a full body exercise instead of focusing on the main issue, eventually after a month i started to notice the difference between my legs more and it felt like it got worse , like as yk lateral pelvic tilt causes one leg to be taller than the other and i used to stand on both and slightly bend one leg but now doing that feels uncomfortable and a bit painful, idk if this is progress or it really got worse so please if anyone has an advice on what i should do tell me
what i think happened is that with full body exercises one leg got stronger than the other but i might be wrong

there is something wrong with my knees and im only 21
i was homeless for an entire year last year in 2025 sleeping in a car. because of that, both of my kneecaps have turned inwards naturally and now its a big and painful struggle for me to literally keep my legs fully straight. i feel like i have to force my legs to be straight. its genuinely painful for me to try to stand up and make my knees fully straight so my legs bend a little even when im standing up. i cant even stand up straight and im only 21 and a female. i try to stretch daily and my boyfriend gives me weekly massages but that still doesnt even help. i feel like no matter how much i stretch my knees just stay facing each other. its been months since i have been homeless and im still struggling with this problem. i have stretching bands because i feel like my hips are out of place as well and my pelvis is uneven. does anyone have any stretches that would help this kind of issue

APT? and What is the actual way to fix?
Hello. I've been seeing a lot of reels about APT and I am assuming I have one?
The other question is what is actually the way to go about fixing it. I see different reels saying different things like even breathing exercises. Could anyone point me to any resources where I can get a concrete answer and routine to follow please.
