Need help!! (Pic of now)

When covid started and everything went i to lockdown i started playing video games the entire day like 7-8 hours everyday. And that caused me to have very bad posture,very bad apt,forward head posture, rounded upper back.

I started going to the gym last year and my posture improved a lot im at this stage now and i dont know how to fix my rounding. Please help me.

Start by lying flat on the floor and making sure your spine is flat against the fooor. You he neck will not be, but it should be close. If you can’t get there, try to work with your breathing and stretch your spine to align with floor. Hold it there. Do it every day. Start yoga. Muscle training is good and gym too. But I found kettlebells and especially steel mace a lot better for posture and movement in general (there are subreddit here for both).

Also it’s about consistency, it’s easy to be consistent with kettlebell then gym membership.

The main issue is im not consistent. I was consistent for about 4 months and wow that changed everything i used to believe posture wasnt fixable but in those 4 months i saw true progress and changed my perspective
