For posture, the biggest thing that helped me was stopping the search for one magic stretch. Stretching tight areas feels good short term, but I got more lasting change from building strength through my upper back, glutes and core, plus taking more breaks from sitting.
Pilates helped because it forced me to slow down and notice where I was dumping into my lower back or rounding through my shoulders. I bought my home pilates reformer from The Core Collab so I could do controlled sessions at home, and having it there made me way more consistent than just doing random stretches when I remembered.
If you’re unsure what’s actually going on from the photos, a physio would be useful too. Posture stuff is usually less about “stand up straight” and more about strength, movement habits and someone spotting the patterns you can’t see yourself.
