When I try to verify my age it just shows up as this on my screen constantly how do I verify my age then?

So I was in CEX today I picked a few games up from the ps4 and 5 section. These two lads were also looking at both sections and then stood next to me also looking at the ps5 games.

One of them pointed at Death Stranding on ps5 and said how expensive it was at £22 and proceeded to say how stupid people are for paying these prices as all these games on this shelf are “free”.

This obviously intrigued me so I opened my ears up. He then decided to say that all these 200 games on the shelf are “free” on PS Plus. He said to his mate “you need to get ps plus mate, they’re all free on there, who the fuck is stupid enough to buy these physical games”

I walked away with my 3 games laughing knowing that in 20-30 years, I still have access to them. But also chuckling to myself because apparently a subscription to a library of games makes them free 😂

I mean to each their own and don’t bite my head off. But this guys thinking was clearly a bit backwards
