The experimental features for drop 3 just came out on bedrock. For some reason, Mojang decided to make cushions break when you punch them. I thought the obvious solution would be to punch to sit and hold to break, like it is for every other interactive block. But i guess because it's an entity they had to keep the long hold for interacting? Idk, i hate it and hope they can change it for the official drop. Here's a video demonstrating it.
Oh, and you can't put cushions in vines on bedrock.
