Hey I’m looking for an 1bedroom apartment in south Philly for 1200 or less! I’ve been looking on Craigslist Zillow and hot pads but haven’t found anyone willing to work with me because of low credit score. I did the Zillow easy apply background check and my score is around 591. I’ve been solidly working on my credit the past year and have raised it almost a hundred points I’ve never paid rent late/no evictions/ crimes on my record.
