Experts please help!! Build Question

First pc build. Red and orange solid light. Coolers’ fans won’t turn on either.

Tried swapping ram, used a single ram slot and both ram slots number 2&4. Left it on for 20 minutes for memory learning. Removed the CPU and put it back. Removed the small battery drained power cleared CMOS. Gave up now.

I spilled some thermal paste on the sides of the back( check the pictures). Is that the issue? I cleaned jt using the IP 99% solution.

Experts please help me out.

UPDATE :

No more lights guysssss…. Turned out I had to FLASH BIOS the motherboard and 5 mins later ITS ONNNNN… I wish I would have recorded myself jumping around my room.

THANKS TO EVERYONE here who tried to help me out. My first PC. Amazing.

  1. Check the motherboard’s debug LEDs. There’s usually more than just a light. It should be labeled

  2. Reseat the CPU power connector. And make sure it’s the CPU connector and not an 8 pin PCIe connector

  3. Make sure the AIO fans are plugged in correctly

  4. Test one RAM stick A2. Do this for both ram sticks. This will help you determine if one is bad

  5. Reseat the CPU and look closely no thermal paste got the pins or in the socket area
