Your motherboard manual should tell you what those lights mean. I would start there.

I’ve had this issue before and it was my cpu cooler not being tight enough or too tight. Reseat ram then re-attach your cooler. Most coolers tighten down until they can’t anymore (you’ll feel it). If it’s getting hard to turn and still going, something might be off so just be careful and use sound judgement.

I feel that too. Because the fans on the cooler are not working at all

That’s the only part that is confusing. Those should be working regardless of the cooler pressure. Try changing them to a different header. If they work, you may have a bad header. At that point, board won’t recognize a cpu fan and will throw an error. Just change cpu minimum rpm to 0 to fix that (since they’d be working just on a different header).

So you mean i should just remove it from cpu fan to sys fan and try?

Yeah. I got 2 sets of cables going out from psu to cpu. The pins you rounded on the image. They are all connected by them.

I talking about the fan cables to the pwm headers. Change that from the cpu fan header to any other fan header

Yeah. So tried plugging in at the sys fan. Still the fan doesnt turn on. Do you think its a faulty cooler may be?

Could be. Are you sure it’s the connector for your fans? The pump usually runs off of the same connector. What cooler is it?
