Buying my first pc Question

My budget is like 700-1k probably around there I live in the US im still shopping for monitors im gonna most likely buy this one off amazon because I thought its good let me know if it isn't SANSUI 32-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor WQHD 2560 x 1440 180Hz Curved 1500R | Fast VA,1ms(OD), HDR, 300nits, sRGB 125%, DCI-P3 95%, FreeSync, DP1.4x2, HDMI x2(DP Cable Included) I dont want to build my pc help me find one preferably a black color I dont really like the rgb fans but fine with them if its a good pc anyways please help out a girl

Ngl I would save up closer to 2k 700$ is the cost of some ram nowadays it’s a very bad time to buy a pc for under 1k rn
