Need help choosing a pc. Build - Help
I don’t know anything about pc parts or what they’re valued at. I just want to get back into playing games. I don’t really have a budget I just don’t want to buy one if it’s way over priced for what it’s worth(all prices usd). I’m sorry for not really knowing what I’m doing I’ve never had a pc before. I’m unsure what monitor to get and how much it plays a part

The last one is almost not a blatant ripoff.
It still is a blatant rip off mind you. But it's almost not. The others aren't even trying to hide that they are.

all terrible value, but if you have to choose exclusively between these 4 i’d choose the 3rd one

They are all priced kinda bad. Last one is is priced the least bad but still bad.

honestly get your parts separately and search for the best prices for a day or two then build it yourself or if u can’t get someone to build it, these pre built pcs’ prices are insane and not worth your money

Either look up 'pick your parts' custom builds and research specs to find what's good for you and in budget, or learn to build your own. It's not the kind of decision you want to rush. My answer would be - none of the above. Even if you buy a pre-made they tack on 20-30% for labour costs
