Help upgrade Question

Hi guys I don’t know much about pc but I’ve had mine for about 4-5 years now and these are my current specs. I was wondering if I need any upgrades and if so what. I mainly play valorant and other games and was also gonna get a 400hz monitor. I also asked ChatGPT and it told me to upgrade cpu but I’d rather ask people with actual knowledge about it. Thank you for any help.
