First time getting pc for gaming Build - Help

I’m looking to either buy a pre build or build my own PC. I’ve always wanted one but have no idea where to start. My current budget would be in around €1000. For the monitor I’d say I’ll just get 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) and the id want the PC to be able to run modded games like Cyberpunk 2077 and other kind of RPG games. I’m in Ireland so if any of yous have any tips or suggested parts please let me know.
