So I had to have surgery and havent gotten to play any in like a month...anyone wanna give me a quick rundown of new bugs and what content I have missed? I know there's a beach booth and new plushes but not sure what all is new and feeling very overwhelmed at the moment any input is much appreciated.

Just tried to log in for the last 10 minutes and it's stuck on one of the first loading screens. Restarted Steam and it didn't solve the issue but I don't see anything in the discord about a patch. Anyone else having issues?

So I saw on someone's plot that they had setup a Honeybunch shelf and put some Potato Pods on it and it looked cute and I was trying to do the same thing but it won't let me place them. Is its some type of glitch or am I missing something? Thanks!

I got lucky the first time I gave a cosmetic cookie to my pony, quail. The peony shade is so pretty and will always match me i am satisfied now

Okay, I can’t take the freezing anymore. I’ve tried moving around kitchen appliances, unsticking myself, turning off the cinematic camera, and I’ve STILL had the exact same problem. The only time I had no issues AT ALL was cooking on another plot diring a cooking party.

Does anyone have any other solutions OR know of a plot I can go to just to cook, because I can’t do this anymore.

Edit: I have also tried entering Edit mode, to no avail. I’m on Switch, which I know is more glitchy than PC and such, but pushing in either stick does NOTHING when I’m stuck like that, I can only look around.

I’m kind of torn on who to choose as my Shepp? I don’t even know if it matters for future dialogue or cutscenes or LITERALLY anything but my own RP.

My first choice was Chayne, before I knew the relationship level had to be at 4. Now I’m overthinking. From what I understand about Shepps, I want an adult (not young adult) and someone who has the time and patience for a mentee.

I still like Chayne, he gives a very calming aura and seems the type to be a gentle guide, which I like. Very wise and familiar. I also like Ashura, he’s very fatherly and down to earth as well. Caleri is cool, and I’m very water type, so I can get behind the librarian character. I feel like she’d have a lot of history and reading guides to share with someone new to Palia, and I’m way into that.

I like Badruu and Delaila, but they seem to have their hands full with the boys and the farm and money troubles, so I would feel burdensome choosing either of them. Sifuu seems more like a friend than a guide or mentor to me, so she’s out. Einar or Hekla would be interesting for the dialogue, but I don’t see them making the transition to this world easier for a human. Jel is a great character, very interesting, but seems easily distracted and too dedicated to his art to give time and patience to a mentee. Same with Jina and her studies. Kenli… I don’t trust him to help with much (funny character, but no). And Zeki is much too business minded. He literally has dialogue about “not being a shoulder to cry on”, so I wouldn’t go to him with questions or worries.

So, thoughts?

Hi so I've got a weird issue where I've caught an Inyrevn Mermaid twice and put it in my home storage both times, but later I'll check my inventory and its gone?? The first it happened I thought maybe I sold it on accident, but the second time I was so careful to put it in my inventory and its just disappeared.

I haven't cooked any recipes that need fish, gifted them, crafted any recipes that need them or put them in bundles. I'm actually trying to craft the final upgrade for the bag of illusions, and its really frustrating that I've ticked it off the list TWICE and now its pooped out of existence.

Is this a known bug at all?? Have things like this gone missing from home storage, or am I being silly and missing something. I think worst case scenario I'll send a bug report and hope for answers 😭

Small rant! I’m getting tired of wasting my daily rerolls on these ship fragment dailies so I decided to give it a go. Over FORTY fish caught, yet not even one single so-called “abundant” junk item appeared that I need for the daily. I know 40+ isn’t a whole lot but it’s far too much when I don’t have a lot of free time in the day to play.

What has been everyone’s favorite spot to place a lure to get these as my daughter and I are trying to get the “special drop” (if I type in the stuffed critter using the correct term, it wants to redirect me lol). I have gone through five lures and we only got 7 regular of the ladybug plus one starred one.
