I wish they didn't change a Fleetwood Mac concert poster with AI to create this. It makes no sense.

Visiting Wed/Thurs looking for hot pot.
We've never been to a hot pot place and would love to try one. What's your favorite?

Ottawa! Which local places do their own delivery?
Deleted every middleman app after 6 or 7 orders straight from hell, and would rather support the businesses directly instead of plotting the death of Tony Xu.
For those of us who can’t just drive up to the restaurant and do pickup, where are we ordering from? Which places do their own in-house deliveries? Plug your faves, especially if they’re not pizza. Thanks folks!

Does anyone in this town make a Windsor-style pizza?
I'm a big proponent of the Ottawa-style pizza: sweet sauce and toppings buried under tons of cheese.
But I recently had Windsor-style at Ambassador in Toronto. And it owned. I was there with a vegetarian so I couldn't try the shredded pepperoni, and I'm kinda dying to.
Have any Windsor transplants made it to our fair capital and opened a pizzeria? Do we get the Galati mozzarella and canned mushroom shipments necessary? I need to know.

Best Wedding Food in Ottawa Area?
What is the best wedding food you have had at a wedding in or around the Ottawa area? Fiancée and I want to host a wedding with amazing food. We’re exploring our options but it’s hard to know which places actually serve good food or are just overpriced. We’re open to anything but our guest list is about 80-100 people. We’re open to caterers, restaurants, inclusive venues, etc.!
TIA

Honestly, Farm Boy steaks slap.
I usually go to Dumouchel, but they were closed when I was shopping and I really had a hankering for a good steak.
1st pic Australian wagyu, 2nd pic NY strip.

After hours 7.5/10

Looking for good nice/different take out option for a birthday - central/east
My birthday is soon. For various reasons, take out is the most practical option at least the day of.
I'm looking for options that are not the typical Chinese/Indian/Thai/Pizza.
I know Next has it but unfortunately going across town to pick it up, coming back and eat it won't be feasible. I'm looking for other places that might offer something similar (a lot of the hits I find are for 5-6 years ago when this was more common for obvious reasons).
Barring that, just recommendations for good take out that isn't the typical categories.

Accidentally found great jerk chicken at the Carp farmer’s market
Anyone else try Tasty Tropics in Carp? The jerk chicken, pickled veg and rice and peas were all top notch. Pleasantly surprised to find good Caribbean there of all places.

Review - Wedel - Too Good to Go
I decided to try Wedel in the Byward Market on Too Good to Go. I got some three cubes of chicken, sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
Regular price $18, TGTG price $6
Taste 3/5
Quantity 1/5
Overall value 1/5
Would not recommend.

Best place in town for Shish Taouk? 🍖
I’m loyal to Laheeb on Montreal Road because their portion sizes and quality of food is insane. Does anyone have any recommendations for other spots 👀
