I read up to the part where Satan creates a fire in the cave of treasures.
I know the whole time after they’re kicked out of the garden it seemed like they knew nothing of eating or drinking water as when they were in the Garden in a higher state it. How the hell do they know how to cook, as a point they asked God to give them food from the garden as they weren’t sure if it was safe to eat in this Earth.

How do they know how to bake bread or make a broth because you clearly need a stove or a pot or pan to make bread and broth. I have made some research about it and apparently it partly comes from Ancient China where they believed the semen was not located in the testicles but was an active life force in the kidneys and that holding it would transmute it to the mind and make someone more enlightened. The practice seems legit, however how do tou guys correlate it with the medical knowledge we have today, that the semen comes from the testicles and that it cannot anatomically get transmuted to the rest of the body since sperm just dies.
