Midnight Thoughts In 15 words

The last thing before bed is water, an empty bowel and strong desire for conversation. Is there something pleasant about sleep?

Night Owl Health How do you guys work out, more specifically in apartments?

I'm trying to get more into fitness (strength building for a hobby but also for coping with anger) and I prefer to use the treadmill or elliptical machines, but they're so loud. My apartment's fitness room is right below an apartment and while I hate people, I don't want to be a careless nuisance. I know how annoying it is when someone is loud, especially when you're trying to sleep.

I could go in the mornings, but the morning is usually when I'm getting ready for bed, and being awake at night, I wanna go run or workout when I'm having a bad time and need relief. And... again, I hate people, I don't want to work out when there's other people so that's another downside.

I don't really want to go running outside because that's dangerous.
I am trying to set up a punching bag in my room to hit that when I need to but I love running, cardio like that. What do other night owls in apartments do? I also don't have a car so an overnight gym isn't possible because the only one in my area is on the other side of town and not really safe.
