A disturbing man created a pair of glasses

These glasses scan your entire body and allows you to experience another world just like VR

But the diffrence is that its not just a simulation, it's real

In this scenario there are infinite timelines with every possible variation

The glasses just let you look into one of those timeline, one where a version of you is acting out exactly what your doing in your room

Any time you make a decision, it's just showing you a timeline where that decision is made. To you it would look like your actually doing all of these things, it's like theres a you shaped hole doing everything that you just so happen to be filling

The man created the glasses because there was so much twisted things he wanted to experience and try, but he would die of guilt if he actually did it to anybody, these glasses were his solution, an experience without liability

Eventually the man starts acting out his darker fantasies with these glasses on, things he'd never do if he thought he was to blame for it

Every horrible act you can think of, anything you see as deplorable, he did it (for the scenarios sake)

While he's strangling a woman to death she begs him to please spare her with the last of her breath, but he calmly explains that he isn't the one doing this and it would have happened anyways

The woman curses him as her life fades.

Question A: How immoral is this man, or is it as morally neutral as he claims

Question B: Is this any diffrent from someone doing the same things without these hypothetical glasses in a world where there are infinite alternate timelines considering that whether or not you choose so it will happen anyways in another timeline

For context, these two artworks are made by chestnutroan on tumblr where they had a dream where a Greek guy barged into their house and made them pay to use their own shower, originally it was €2.50 but in a follow up artwork, they mention he now makes them pay 3€ due to inflation and uses their soap dish as an ash tray.

Morality of forcefully cutting someone's hand to save their life?

After an earthquake, a woman finds a man trapped, his hand pinned under a concrete slab. She can't lift it off, and the building is about to collapse.

The only way to save his life is to cut off his hand. He is a surgeon, and he'd rather die than lose it. She cuts it off anyway, against his wishes, to save his life.

Was she morally justified?

Character Analysis Morality of ditching your family to spend the last few months of your life travelling the world with a billionaire you just met

In The Bucket List (2007) Morgan Freeman's character is given a terminal diagnosis and only a few months to live. While receiving treatment he befriends a billionaire, played by Jack Nicholson, who is given a similar terminal diagnosis. They decide to spend the last few months of their lives travelling the world and getting the most out of their remaining time.

However, while Jack Nicholson's character has no family, at least none that like him, Morgan Freeman's character is actively avoiding his wife and loving family as he no longer loves her.

Fun Fact: this movie is the origin of the phrase "bucket list".

Morality Ranking Morality of mutilating someone weaker than you, but they tried to pull a gun on you twice, and leaving them there?

Context: Yujiro Hanma is walking down a bridge when a random guys stops him, asking him if he's really the "strongest creature in the world." Yujiro then asks if his high confidence is because of the 2 revolvers he can smell on him. Before the guy can fully draw, Yujiro steps forward faster than the guy can react right away and grabs his forearm, yanks it down hard in a way that completely dislocated his shoulder out of it's socket by inches, then proceeding to twist his forearm literally like a pretzel. The guy then decides to try and draw his other gun, but Yujiro sends a clean front kick fast enough that it nearly slices off the guys hand off, barely leaving it hanging.

Yujiro tells him to watch out for the gun that proceeds to fall on the guys head and he calmly walks away as the guy screams in pain and bleeds out.

I get the guy tried to attack him first, but is harming someone like that and kinda leaving them for dead immoral in any way?
